I guess we’ll see…but Bama/Texas for the national championship seems like the most likely outcome. Best of luck with that.

Florida State sure made their case regarding the snub. 😂😂😂

As long as Alabama doesn't win a natty, I'm happy!

Never thought I'd ever pull for Michigan, but here we are......War Eagle 🙃

Just saying not the same team that went 13-0

More than 20 Seminoles players opted out of the bowl game, including backup quarterback Tate Rodemaker. Freshman Brock Glenn started the game for Florida State and struggled, throwing for 139 yards and two interceptions on 9 for 26 passing.2 days ago

I know bud, but still not a good look after all the hubbub that was made. Should have proved they belonged. Just from my perspective, which means zip. Bowl games mean little now due to the opt-outs. Has to really wear on a coach with all the money being thrown around. Zero loyalty.

@RipzLipz Tim I'm not a FSU fan my but my fishing partner is and I told him that FSU would have been better to boycott the game after being denied entry by the playoff committee than to play with so many guys out. Your right that the bowl games don't mean much except for the guys playing for the championship. I would rather see them hold off on the portal entries until after the bowl game season is over.

@Dwight Hottle I’m not against FSU at all, I just don’t like complaining in sports. Not everyone is going win or be chosen, even when perfection is achieved. That’s just life. They (teams in general) didn’t like voting from media and/or coaches so a committee of pretty much idiots was installed & now that’s not good enough. Now they’ve finally instituted a playoff, maybe the committee isn’t necessary anymore. It’s all about money, so boycotts do nothing but take money away from the entire conference. From the sound of things FSU has said in the past few months about not surviving in the ACC & the lawsuit filed against fees for buying their way out of the conference, I wonder if they could afford a boycott. Maybe there isn’t an easy answer for any of it.

Again, not as a fan of the team, I actually felt GA got the bigger snub, having been 2X defending champs but little attention was paid to that. Media didn’t think it was controversial enough so not much was said on that front. They weren’t playing for too much either but many of their players didn’t opt out.

Entertaining game heading to OT. Almost a massive blunder by the Michigan punt returner.

One of the better CFP games, the Bama/UGA game a few years ago was the best imo.

The other semi final still has to be played tonight?!

Geez, it’s almost 9pm on the east coast. Shoulda started this one at noon, not 4. Poor planning.

They don’t want to compete with anyone else when it comes to the playoff games, not even the "lesser" bowls.

A good game to watch. Congrats, Wolverines.

It was Michigan over Bama 27/20 in overtime.  Too bad someone had to lose.
