Post a picture of your last Bass of 2023.  I wasn't able to go New Years weekend.   My last Bass of 2023 came on Christmas day.   I had another 45 minutes or so to fish, but I stopped then so my last Bass of 2023 was on my last cast of 2023.

I haven’t been fishing since, holiday family visiting. I Did scout some nice access points along the maumee today for future family visitations . Going home tomorrow and hopefully casting a tad Thursday and/or Friday 

I didn’t get a pic of fish that day.  It was the 30th of December and all of our fish came on the Ned rig.

December 27th. I was testing out a new rod that is made for squarebills, topwater, and jerkbaits.  I wanted to see if a senko would work since a member here had asked about it in another thread.  I would say the test was somewhat successful.

Make that four big, last bass. Here's my last 2023 bass from way back in October. 

 

December 28th at Lake Fork on the Yumbrella Flash Mob Jr. with 3” Spark Shad swimbaits on it. First cast.
 

Unfortunately I snagged my A-rig a few casts later. Might not have been the last fish of the year had I not snagged the dang thing lol.

Nov. 16th was my last time out. A chilly, yet sunny and calm end to the season. Finally getting snow here today for the first time in forever, only an inch or so but it actually looks a bit like winter again. 

Last one of the season. All ice now.
