  • I've been using the bronco bug since it came out. One of my favorite baits. I figured I'd go stock up last night before they wouldn't be available for the next 6 months. This was all they had. Now the

Been enjoying a little fishing coverage with my commercials this morning 🤣   What the heck, Powroznik just wound up about 10ft of leader material and threw it in the water right in front of

  • It is TOUGH listening to Powroznik's live coverage. Dude sounds like Darth Vader. Might be time to lay off the twinkies and go for a run once in a while, man.

Daygum, back to back 30lb bags........what an absolute hammer!

Better stock up on the Bronco Bug before they're sold out everywhere

Imaging driving 1000 miles to a body of water the size of a Great Lake that you've never been to before in your life and dropping back-to-back 30lb bags.   Never seizes to amaze me how next level the best pros are vs. even great anglers.

No different than watching a MLB pitcher throw a perfect game, it defies belief of what mere mortals are able to accomplish.

This is insane, I’m guessing nobody has ever done 30 plus two days in a row ?

I have to imagine they did it at Fork last year, but I can't find the individual day breakdowns.

I've never seen anything like Lake Fork last year, easily the most epic big Bass beatdown I've seen.

2024 AFTCO Bassmaster Elite at Lake Fork - Bassmaster

It’s crazy how much water is eligible in this event. They can fish basically from Norfolk, Va to Morehead City. Which is basically the whole coast of NC.

And yet the thing will most likely be won within 1.5miles of the ramp.

These dudes ruined countless thousands of dollars in equipment, and crazy amounts in fuel running 60+ miles, meanwhile two 30lb sacks get caught at the boat ramp 🤣

Looking at all these awesome looking banks makes my swim jig nerve twitch.

Kyoya busting a 25lb bag already

Amazing how few casts Easton makes in a day, every time I've seen him on camera this year he's just panning around the front of his boat with a spinning pole.   I sure hope that's not the future of fishing.   I'm pretty optimistic it isn't thankfully.

eta:  I read the basstrak wrong, looks like Fujita is at 18lbs

Cool to see em fishing the outer banks.  I need to try the Neuse River this summer for sure when I visit my folks in Marshallburg!

Go Kyle!

I feel he is one of the best to ever do it and it's nice to see him winning one!

I still have Drew Benton in the game. Really surprised with Seth. Usually when I pick him , He gets up and says I’m not gonna do good  today. Keep picking old school hoping maybe they might pull it off

Ok, didn't think so. I thought you meant you still think Drew has a shot at first place.

That's the kind of fish you catch on a full moon in North Carolina. Not going to lie.  🌕😎

Yep - It always amazes me how consistently better fishing for bigger bass is in NC versus here in SC. Seems like us and GA kind of got left behind in that regard, while surrounding states continue to kick out quality.

Yeah, he can sleep in tomorrow now. 😅 Maybe roll out of bed late, have a nice brunch, and dump the boat in for the final few hours just for fun.

Dave acting like us NC boys from the mountains should know what's going on down there on the coast. 😂 Albemarle might as well be in Egypt. I live in the same town Jake Whitaker is from and it's 7.5 hours from where I'm at.🤦‍♂️

Did anyone predict a century belt here?
