A good gift idea.

I'll be honest, I'm a tough person to shop for around birthdays and xmas.  I've been told that more than once.

My Mother bought this for me last Christmas and its turned out to be an excellent gift.  It's a portable tire inflator.  It plugs into an outlet and you simply indicate the tire pressure you desire on the front of the digital readout.  It fills the tire to the desired pressure within minutes, or less.

I've used it for bicycle tires, car tires, and of course, my boat trailer tires.  My neighbor borrowed it for his motorcycle tires too.  I don't have an air compressor so I've always relied on stopping at the gas station to adjust my tire pressure in the past.  This little thing rocks.

It also has a built in flash light and the cords tuck into it neatly out of the way.  I'd highly recommend this item.  I believe the value is about 40 bucks, and the brand is HUSKY.

My only gripe is that the cord is very short.  So you'll need an extension cord of some kind.

I've  had one for years - different brand. No light and you have to watch the gauge, but works the same.

I like it.  I have had battery jumpers with tire inflators for years.  But they take forever to put 10 psi in a car tire

Won’t leave home without mine. I went with the new Milwaukee lithium battery power source because it goes to 150 psi. It’s costly but it’s fast and has no problem filling my 70 psi truck tires. Also I keep a tire plug kit with it.

The VIAIR 300P has been riding in my truck for a while.

It's an All in one unit that gets the job done.

They make one that plugs into the cigarette lighter thing in the car too, instead of a regular power outlet. It was the same price.

I bought a different make and model a few years ago.  I was very surprised how accurate the gauge was.

We keep one in all our vehicles, along with a plug kit. Cheap insurance against being stuck.

my wife thinks I am the easiest person to shop for.  she said, "anybody that fishes is easy to shop for!!"

last time, it was a rod.  before that..a fishing shirt.   heck. I think my kayak was a Christmas gift.

doesn't hurt that I leave my browser open to cool gear all the time - for her to accidentally "discover".

one year it blew up in my face.  I was looking at the Hobie bucket that goes into the front hatch.  I was looking and scoffing at how and why is it $75 ("that's ridiculous!") .  she saw it on my browser, and she bought it for me.  I kid you not..it holds laundry gear.  one year I brined a turkey in it.  hahahha....I have never put it into my kayak.  my battery is there.  opps.

I use a bicycle pump so I can get triceps like @A-Jay
(the pump works but the tricep part doesn’t 😂)

I tried a hand pump for the trailer tires once . . . . Once.

1 psi was 50 pumps !

I required 4 psi.

Needed those triceps that day.

Hahaha. Mine does a little better than that, I can get 5-6 lbs for 50 pumps. It’s one you stand on the base and pump a t handle like Wiley Coyote setting off a dynamite charge

Yep keep one under the back seat in my Taco. Great little piece of kit and pretty essential if you travel alot in my opinion.

Nice ~

I got this one just because of the name.

Had NO choice.
