David Wharton a BASS Pro and Toledo Bend/Rayburn great died Monday of a heart attack. That's all the info I have. He was a great fisherman and a great guy. Will post more info as I get it.

I would discard it. If you are not keeping your tank full the blended gas will allow for condensation. I would not keep it over two months. Yes, you can run the Stabil(I do) and have no problems. change the filters regularly.

Well I certainly don't know everything. From experience on the water I do know what I want. All you need to do is walk into one of our tackle stores(Pick any one) and ask a few questions. You will leave shaking your head. It's sad. Nothing against the employees in our stores other than the management's fault for throwing them to the wolves. You would think they would at least school them some or question a few as to their upbringing and whether they have spent more than a passing moment out of the house. Not blaming the kids, but I am blaming corporate.

If only it would take some pressure off Falcon. I don't care for it either, just fish it when I have to.

Everyone, listen up. This is a place to get the help you need. I bought a Revo reel for 35.00 last week on this site that was supposely grinding and would not work. The side plate had been removed and gone into. It was a 10 minute fix( Bushings had been miss matched) and this reel works perfectly. We could have fixed the problem easily. I feel like I robbed the guy. I did offer it back to him(Three times), but he refused. If you have a problem ask for help. Don't just discard an item if there is a problem. Someone here will always have the answers. Networking is a big issue now and Long Mike and I have both gone through this issue the last two weeks. Pezjunkie is in the middle of it now and asked for help and he is getting it. So don't be afraid to ask any question as someone here has been through it. I'll get off my soapbox now, just hate to see hard earned money go to waste.

T-rig, fished very slowly. If you are not getting bit try a 180* and rip some small crankbaits or lipless baits around the edges of the ice.

Well I have been gone a week so I am a little behind so I will catch up. Shoulder twice I can stand most of the day but not all. Must take a break. Changed hookset due to not being able to lift rt shoulder. The 522 single beam part number HST-WSBL is the same or you can switch to the dual beam part number HST-DFSBL. Both of these will fit the HDS-5. You can go on the Lowrance website if you want to check the other HD models.

DOE or some other government office will have them. Pick the grids you want and then draw in the water line and you have the best, most accurate map of any manmade lake in the country. I go to buy tackle and be left alone. Most employees of tackle stores don't know a crankbait from a jig. Heck most cannot even tell you if they have worm hooks. 99.9% have never been in a boat and very few fish so why would you take any advise from them. Like the blind leading the blind.

Congressman from Lufkin Texas. He fought a war with the Russians by delivering Stinger missiles to the Afghans during the Russian occupation. Got congress to spend the money to arm the freedom fighters. The missiles were used to destroy the Russian helicopters that were laying waste to the fighters. A good thing about the Loc-R-Bar----in a lot full of boats, they will skip yours because of the bar. Question? Why lock up an empty boat. Just asking for major boat damage to prove a point. Makes no sense to me.
