I always start with weeds and rocks and brush then I move deeper if necessary weeds are my strengh and they never let me down

If you can catch 2 fish in a day on a lure, its prductive thats my rule. I have a lot of lures that can't even get one

Help! - Skipping
try a texas rigged senko or wacky, no weight keep your rod tip a few inches off the water and throw side arm. the first touch of the water should be 10-15' away for it to skip 10 times. This is a good place to start, then the skys the limit. this technique works great under overhanging branches in the summer where no one else fishes

Winter Fishing at Triadelphia
I am going out on Sunday if the ice thaws from the warm weather and rain. Hope to catch one. I'll go in January too if theres no ice melt. Probably live and die by drop shot and senkos

Has anyone caught a tagged fish?
got a tagged Striper in the Ct River a few years ago. I thought it was part of a contest and I would get thousands. However it was just a striper tracking program and I got an ugly hat. The fish had been caught before in the river and had origionated in North Carolina

Tubes the best for smallies?
I plan on tubing more next year on lake S--I just discovered them in Sept. (silly me) until now its been jerks, senkos, ds and cranks I am also hoping to get a big swimbait for Christmas because I don't own a baitmonkey.
