What makes a freshwater blank, different than an inshore blank of the same specification on the blank? (i.e. Fast Action, Medium Power) I somehow have got the impression (and I can't recall from where) that the blanks might be different in some way. Or is it the components that may be different?

I am one of those few, like a I read here that really like them just steamed with salt and pepper. Go the roasting route, add some shallots and oh my! I could eat them everyday.

My mother-in-law went every year since 1993 until the year she died in 2017. After my father-in-law stopped going, she started taking her kids and grand kids.
