Tilting Bycycle seat?
Does anyone know who makes the tilting seat post that Kotaro Kiriyama uses? I am wanting to try one out. Thanks.

drop shot hooks?
Owner Mosquito size 1 and 2. I have had too many Gammy's bent by smallmouth. Owner's seem to be sharper too.

CA, OR or Washington at the end os March-1st. of April?
I wouldn't put Silver Lake in Washington in the same league as Tenmile or Clear Lake. Silver used to be outstanding, but it is not the same lake it used to be, that is for sure. If you were set on coming up to Washington, then I would recommend the Columbia. It is a smallmouth paradise. Another option is the Umpqua River for smallmouth. This happens to be on the way to Tenmile.

spike-it scent and color markers.
I like to use the orange marker on the tails of a color #176 hula grub. This was deadly for me last year for smallmouth.

Carrot Stix or Kistler Magnesium TS ?
I own several Kistler rods in the Magnesium and LTX 2 models. They are fantastic rods. The Magnesiums are not as sensitive as my LTX 2's, but they are still pretty sweet rods. I have only fished with a buddies Carrot Stick for a few casts, but they seemed just o.k. to me. I would also take a look at the new Argon series from Kistler. They are supposed to be a hair more sensitive than the Magnesiums.

I would either go to Tenmile Lakes in Oregon, or Clear Lake California. I was down at Tenmile during that time frame last year and did really well on the largemouth. Either way, I think you would be happy.

What new rod and/or reel did you get for Christmas??
I got a Kistler LTX II 7'6" flippin stick and a LTX II 7' MH worm/jig rod. I am getting a couple of Zillions to go on these babies.

Kistler Cranking Rod
I have this rod and it is the best cranking stick I have ever used. It loads up perfectly and can handle big fish with no problem. I caught a 30lb. salmon on the Columbia with a rattle trap while pre fishing for a tournament. It handled it just fine. Great rod and I highly recommend it.

Brand Of Jig
Do they hang up on every piece of wood on you too?

Tackle Warehouse!!!`
I don't know what is going on. I have cleared all of my cookies, deleted browser history etc. but nothing helps. My buddy was having similiar issues last week, but he can get on now. Weird to say the least.

Sports car, jeep, or truck?
Truck for sure, because you will probably need it to tow the other two

Cranky
I would take a serious look at the Kistler Magnesium Series Crankbait rod. It is one sweet rod for sure!

Lake Washington Hot Spots
Some of the better known areas to fish are Coleman Point, Pleasure Point, Groat Point, and Webster Point. These are known as some of the "community" holes. There are a ton of docks to hit too, but you will need to spend some time finding the productive ones. As far as spawning areas go, I would recommend looking towards the back of any of the bays on the lake and inside weedlines around the docks. Just remember that the smallmouth will spawn in a bit deeper water than the largemouth. As far as baits to throw, you can't go wrong with throwing a drop shot rig with a small finesse bait, football jigs with twin tail grubs, and crankbaits. I hope this helps.

Zillion or Revo "Skeet Resse"
I can't decide between these two reels. I am pairing it on a new Kistler 7' MH LTA rod. I know the Zillion reels are good, but does anyone out there have any feedback on the Revo? Thanks.

Re: Big Mouth Bait Company.
Naming baits is kind of a personal thing for me. Just make sure you research the names before putting them out there. I would also recommend practicing making these lures and getting some of them into experienced anglers hands before jumping in with both feet. I saw in your profile that you are 12 years old, so there is no hurry. Practice, practice, practice. You also need to make sure you can keep up with any demand that you might get. You do not want to sell a product if you are not going to be able to make it in a timely fashion. Just my 2 cents

Quantum Energy PT B/C Reel 2008
I have 7 of these Quantum reels. 2 are the high speed like the one listed and 5 are the 6.3:1 gear ratio. The reels are really smooth , but I don't care for the weight of them. They are heavy. I am also wondering about how they hold up because I have 3 of them that sound like they need new bearings because they squeal when you cast. I am actually switching all of mine out for the Daiwa Zillions, but for that close out price, it is hard to beat. I just wouldn't spend what I did on them last year, something like $170 or so if I remember correctly.

Quantum Accurist PT baitcast reel?
For the price you can't beat it.

Fisher Girl rod for my daughter.
I think those are great little rods for girls. I am looking at one of those for my daughter as well.
-
Why so many MH rods?
I just think that the MH rods are better suited for a wider range of techniques.
-
reel ? for footballhead jigs
I tore up one of my Quantum Energy PT's doing that as well. I am probably going to just get one of the Tour Editions on close out.
