There is no ONE SYSTEM for always catching bass. I read Mr.Perry's work, on a reccomendation from Catt, it was very informative. I still have a problem with schooling bass, b/c techincally they do not act as an organized school, in many ways They act t like thier cousins the Blue Gills and Sunnies by agreagating by size and close to food and shelter. They do not act in a unit for feeding and defensive formation massing. I am not an expert fiserman, but one with a little bit of experience and knowledge, When Mr.Perry wrote his book it opened up an underwater deep fishing system that works. In todays world I find it's best to know when to fish deep, when to be on the weeds, when to be on the points and rocks and yes there are times when fishing shallow will get you a nice fish or two.

Absolutely! The government knows, by past example that these taxes will not disourage usage of the offending products. It's llike drug dealers they know once addicted the person is gonna pay the tax. The same percentage of people smoke in a state Like Viurgina where the Avg. price for name brand cigs hoovers just around 20 bucks as in NY state which is at a state minimum for most premium brands at 86.30 a carton. Would you like to see your fishing licences and hunting licences taxed , as a detterent by people who do not agree with hunting and fishing, I have seen this same concern articulated in threads here. And by the way , with careful shopping and cooking yourself it is cheaper to feed yourself by home preparing foods.

I don't understand? I don't get this guys point. The slots are designed so that you take an overpopulated class of fish out, We have a 15 inch minimum here and what we have is a lot of 14 3/4 fish. S A slot might help change this big time.

Your right about LA, but they could finish under .500 and win that hirrible division. In fact if they don't win the division, they will not have a shot at the wild card. What can happen here is that with the addition of Manny and Torres experience at the helm, they could get ot and make a viable run. The Phillies can benifit from the lack of my Mets no bullpen. Just look, they had 4 complete game wins and then the bull pen blew a 2 game lead after the 7th again. I am a Mets fan, however from years of loosing one gets to be a realist. I still see the Cubs going to the series this year. Pinella should be a shoe in for Manager of the Year! Amd Mr.Manuel of the Mets should get a few votes right behind him.

I had been a diabetic for a few years not knowing it. When I finally found out I was already over 300. I did not make good choices and did not follow directives from my docotor, my fault. How many of us do? Many more people are non compliant with all sorts of doctoers orders. Because of my actions I got on the cycle of oral treatment, causing wieght gain, thats what happens then to Insulin. Was this partly my fault ABSOLUTELY. We all ay for each others bad decisions. I pay for things I do not agree with everytime I pay my taxes, but wehats good for the whole may not be whats good for me. Do you follow your doctors suggestions? My last one was thsat I needed to work less, because the heart thing may come back. I would rather die working than sit home collecting. that decision may cost my insurance company soem money. What ag bout all the years and people who pay in, inculding me and never had to use the insurance. Obese people are easy targets, not all of obese people are lazy and shiftless, thats the undercurrent about what I am reading here. The thing is that many slim people make bad choices that drive my rates up. The clue here is next to ther oil industry the insurance companies are making winfall profits. Sooner or late ryour particular shortcoming will come under attack, then you will see what I am saying.

I did not bring age, but qualifications in your decision or should I say judemental process. But now that you mention it, age is important ! Age brings wisdom and experience, there are many things I thought to be writeen in Granite when I was younger, that have changed and continue to change as I get older.I also have the right to my opinions especially when I see an argueable point. So in many ways age is very relevant, I wish I had the iknowledge I have now, when I was 17, I would not have been so disrepectful to my dad and the older men close to me. Not disrespectful in words or manner but in thinking I always knew more than them. I tend to listen more to people 5 years older than me than people decades younger, it comes form experience,. OLD ITALIAN SAYING. When you reach 18 you realize how dumb your Dad is . When you get to be 21 you can't believe how much he learned in 3 years.

I was an out of control diabetic, tipping the scales at 439. I had a bleeding heart valve and I had a Bariatric Bypass 6 years ago and have maintained my 229 weight for some time now. My diabetes is under control and my heart is doing just fine. Obeisity is not caused soley by laziness and overeating, there are many factors in it Do we charge motorcyclists, smokers. drinkers, coffee freaks, trans fat lovers,over workers, people who work out to the pont that they hurt themselves,l rock climbers, parachutists and others who we wind up paying for out of our insurance pools. Fat people( I will always be one in my brain) are easy targets and they should not all be lumped into the same catagory Every time one of you goes over the speedlimit, runs a yeallow or changes a lane without looking, you are not only endangering yourself but putting others at risk, and cause presssures to raise insurance rate; Should You be taxed for this?

No matter where SPEEDBEAD goes he is an excellent fishing companion and a great ambassador for this sport and a representsative of the lesser part of the state of PA ;D
