Let’s see. I work all week, I go to Maine where my boat is moored and an opportunity that I may get skunked that day. I could sit on the beach with my wife during that time of month, so what do I do? I grab a can of tomato juice before I hit the water in case I catch the skunk’s spray.

He showed likely spots that may support shell “bars” that all have tight contours. Honestly, the shells may or may not be there, but they were all good spots to fish anyway. At about the 8:00 minute mark, he points to a hole at the 24’ contour. If you look at that location just south, the 24’ hole had a nice shelf leading to it. Look pretty bassy to me.

I believe @Choporoz and I posted the same exact time and I didn't see his thoughts on it, so my apologies for not recognizing it and I was speaking in general terms as well @gimruis. I sometimes forget about the "business" side of the NFL and actually hate pro-sports at times because of the huge money that's involved.

We used to say the same thing about the Red Sox prior to 2004. ? @gimruis, "tanking" games is a double edge sword. If you're a team that looks to "tank" games, how do you attract free agents to come play for you? EDIT: @Choporoz, you must have posted the same time I did. Just wanted to ad you here.

Probably more to do with baitfish eating the same food the shellfish eat? Not sure if freshwater shellfish do the same thing that their saltwater cousins do in that they bury themselves into the sandy bottom. If you find a shellfish flat ... usually has a bunch of empty shells about ... l look for bubbles coming up from the bottom.

So much truth to this post. This person near and dear to me put so much pressure on herself to succeed right out of high school and really didn't know which career path to go in. She was a wreck. All she needed was for someone to tell her that it was okay to take time and try different things until she figured it out. In the mean time, she took college courses online, got a degree and set out to do a career she wants to do. No drugs, no kick in the @$$ and no one dragging her to sign up for military service. Please do not be offended by that last statement. I'm only posting a real life experience.

There's a lot of New England connections, not to mention a bunch American athletes who had to make a decision to live out a dream despite the venue. I like Olympic hockey, ski jump, biathalon and speed skating. While I don't usually binge watch, I will support the American Olympians and watch when I can, read as much as I can.

Or you keep your mouth shut, try and win every game knowing you're gone and have a better chance at another coaching gig that could be worth 10X the amount of losses. Just a different perspective.

I got 2 Daiwa CC80H reels for saltwater use for somewhere in the mid-$60 range before last Christmas 2020. Recently I picked up a Daiwa CC80HS for around $70 ish. Really like em.

That's about how many power outages we had last weekend from our blizzard. It was amazing how fast they got evryone up and running.
