Buzzbaits Through The Grass
That inline buzzbait is supposed to work better in the weeds. I've been tempted to get one as of late so let us know if you have any luck with it.

Cutting Braid
The best thing i've ever used are the Evolution Gorilla Pliers, but they're pricey (mine were free). Otherwise, the boomerang snips work very well.

O Rings Causing Senko To Break In Half

Stopped by an Academy Sports on the way back from out of town. Wish we had one much closer to my house!

Why Do Senko Worms Work So Well?
time and place for them much like everything else... seems like when they're eating it you can catch a truck full and other days they wouldn't bite it if it fell right in their mouth. sounds like every other bait i own.

Looks Like A Lion To Me????
LOL, i once saw a dog with a haircut that could easily be mistaken for a lion..... he looked NOTHING like this dog. the person should be shot with a couple 22 rounds in the leg as a repayment....

Just my opinions here: 6'6 M with Braid and a 12# fluoro leader - Crankbaits 6'6 MF 12# mono - topwater anything, swim jigs, chatterbaits 6'6 MH with 15# PowerPro Braid - 1/4 oz finesse jig, texas rig plastic, buzzbait

Lo N Slo In The House
Really i mostly fished that part. I'm in a kayak so that was the best area to fish hands down. little boat traffic and plenty of water to cover. otherwise i fished up around the state park on the very north end or down around blythe landing toward the southern side which was really close to my house.

Bank Fishing In North Atlanta Area?
High falls lake over in Jackson, GA has a pretty good catfish bite. only downside is there's a good bit of folks fishing that lake for the catfish. you can also fool around and catch a nice bass in there while you're at it!

Bucket Fishing?
i was told once of a really rich jerk off on a charter boat running his mouth all day...... the guide hooked a 5 gallon bucket on while the jerk was not paying attention and tossed into the ocean while trolling. Evidently they let this dude fight the bucket for over an hour until they cut if off and then talked about the big one that got away! he must have been using a Medium combo otherwise he would have boated that bucket....

Lure Retriever Question
I already have a bill dance plug knocker that i've used a few times, but not a ton. i'm wondering if i'd be better off with one of those telescoping units? I'm fishing from the bank half the time and from the kayak half the time. in the yak, my plug knocker is fine, but from the bank can often be useless. would i be better off looking into a telescoping unit that i could use both from the bank and the yak? If so, any recommendations on a cheap yet durable option? Thanks! And mods please move this if it should be somewhere else.

Ideal Line Size Powerpro?
YES easiest to manage for me is 40lb by far. BUT i'm using 30 on a few set ups now with good results. not to say i couldn't make 10lb work, but on a baitcaster it would probably end up frustrating me in the long term. now on a spinning reel..... 10lb is butter.

How Much Does Color Matter For Senkos?
any random day it may or may not make a difference, but in the long run i don't think the color will make that big of an impact. especially when you're under a dock and light is not penetrating at a very good rate anyways. personally, i switch size, profile, sounds, etc. before i switch colors.

Bread And Butter -A Year In- My Thoughts On The Curado I And Chronarch Ci4+
nice write up.... absolutely love my chronarch ci4+.... i do not have a curado I to compare it to, but it is much different than my curado 51es. i have my chronarch ci4+ on a shimano cumara 6'8"MH rod and that is one sweet, light yet powerful combo. when i can find one cheap enough, i'll probably be an owner of the curado i as well.....

Kayak Bass Fishing!
for my pliers, i have a sheath that is attached to the bottom side of my seat. always in reach, yet always out of the way. couldn't agree more with Jfrancho in that you must have the yak prepared for fishing before you ever hit the water. as for the front hatch, i store my rods in the hull during transport a lot so i use it for that off the water. i always have a rain suit tucked up in there too for when i get trapped in a downpour while on the water.
