New Mojo Bass Glass Rods
i'm still waiting for mine that I ordered from TW a month ago. Looks like it might be shipping out today. As far as I can tell they just changed some of the lengths and actions and added the rip-n-chatter model.

In Praise Of The 6:3:1 Gear Ratio Bait Cast Reel ??
I prefer 6.x:1 on all my reels. I think it's easier to get used to one gear ratio and adjust your retrieve speed as needed. It's easier for me to speed up than slow down with a faster reel

Budget kayak that I will fit in.
This thread is over a year old and op hasn't posted since July

Costa “Vented” sunglasses work?
I recently switched from fantails to tuna alleys. The tunas are a little bit bigger and fit better. Haven't fogged up on me yet.

Need lots of help! Beginner - just bought a ton of rods and reels
hopefully you didnt spend too much on that lot. looks like mostly cheap ugly sticks and old reels. money probably would have been better spent on a couple new combos

What is the mono with the least amount of stretch?
Sufix siege is good and cheap. Haven't tried advance yet

Need advice on Power Anchors...
There are manual poles as well for a lot less. I spent around $300 for a 8ft stake and motor mount. My trolling motor has spot lock and together hold me in place. https://www.diginanchors.com/optin000001

Swimbaits...and not bass but...pike...and musky
You could try a light tieable wire or a heavy fluorocarbon musky leader.

$100 reel suggestions
I prefer a reel under 8oz so I also use the supreme and president XT in the 30 size. The diawa LT reels look good but I haven't tried one yet

Ascend 12
I'm not a fan of Ascend myself but at that price you wont lose money if you want to sell it. Bass Pro scrubbed a lot of negative reviews from their website of Ascends with bad hatches and seats. I think the problems are fixed now but there's always a lot of Ascends for sale on craigslist and FB marketplace so that tells you something. I also have a boat but we have a lot of no motor lakes and small rivers around here too and I have several wilderness systems kayaks that we use to fish them.

New Season, New Rods!
I really like St Croix's Premier line as a good all around rod. They dont get a lot of love around here probably because they arent necessarily targeted at the bass market with technique specific lengths and actions like the mojo bass, avid x and legend bass. If I only had 3 rods, I'd do Premiers in 6'6 MF spinning, 7' MF casting and 7' MHF casting.

Spinning Reel Question
You could try a lighter pflueger reel to see if it balances better. President XT, Supreme or Cabela's has the summit XT for $49
-
Spinning Reel Question
I think you mean 2500. A 25 pflueger is like a 1000 Shimano or daiwa.

MH/F or M/XF FOR swimbait with jighead hook?
I use a medium fast spinning rod, 20lb braid and a squadron 1/4 oz jig head that has a heavy wire hook. I'd use mono with a lighter wire hook. The fish basically hook themselves

3000 vs 4000 spinning for bass
if you are going to run straight fluoro I'd go with the bigger size. If you get a lightweight reel it shouldnt be too bad. I'd suggest a 40 size Pflueger supreme or Arbor reel. a Daiwa LT reel would be good as well, even the low end ones are light weight compared to similarly priced reels.

Where are all the Illinois Guys ?
Friday afternoon at a forest preserve lake. 8 bass in about 3 hours on the jackhammer. Biggest was nearly 18"

Midwest fishing
Senko, senko, senko. That's really all you need Sometimes I'll use a soft plastic swimbait too.

Keitech Swing Impact Fat
I think their regular price is $8.99 so those sales aren't that good and lately it's been buy 3 get 1 free sales. Usually I try to stock up during a tw sale

Rigging my kayak for fishing! Pretty much done!!!
You did ignore everyone's advice. There's no good reason you need that huge bag on your bow. If you're 6'3" you are probably over the weight capacity of the kayak with all the gear you are planning on bringing. The bag could make the yak tippy with that extra weight up high on the bow where it's not designed to be

Rigging my kayak for fishing! Pretty much done!!!
You're going to mount a crate on the front of the kayak? I don't see how that could possibly work. I would go out a few times with just the flush mount rod holders. You don't need that much tackle especially in a boat that size. Just bring a Plano tray or two and some plastics.

"Best" Baitcaster for $125.00 or less?
I wish I liked daiwas but they feel bad in my hand. I'm too used to low pro abus

"Best" Baitcaster for $125.00 or less?

Line and Lure Combos
Was that a premade combo? If not I'd exchange either the rod or the reel. What are your other reels gear ratio?
