Digitaka linked the '20 Met in their listing...that's where I got 12/100m. Folks elsewhere are saying it's the same reel as the '20 Met, with a different spool and higher price. If so, that is disappointing ?

I see my post now, but not the one I replied to. No biggie. If this is indeed a smaller framed Met...I'll be buying my first shimano since the mg50.

Line capacity seems to be the same (12lb/100m). Hopefully it is a smaller frame. It looked like it had brass gears in a pic on shimano japan's site. It weighs 6.17oz....

Definitely 'rippin lips'. He was a tackle junky which makes his disappearance all the more strange. You can only speculate about what happened to people.
