Get some binoculars. Seriously, drag a Carolina rig with a half ounce egg sinker and a grub or small lizard with a 48 in leader to start. This and a crankbait that runs to 12-15 feet is a good way to search.

When Lynn Reeves took the helm of Lews and re entered the market, this was one of the variants of the new platform. Well built and good performers. I still have one of these and a hand full of TPros. When Lews transitioned to the LFS platform I didn’t care for it. That’s just me.

Well it’s a moot point now. My local dealer just placed their Daiwa order and a Zillion G has my name on it.

I own both. My dedicated DS is the 702SF matched with a 2500 Luvius.

Dobyns Champion 732SF is what I’m using. It’s built on the previous generation Xtreme 742 blank. I loads great and has improved sensitivity.

Mono for baits that run to nine feet or so and floor for all baits that run deeper.
