Also, if you change your user name, please let me know in a PM so I can keep everything straight Let's stick with the $30 maximum Dates: I must receive your PMs by December 5th to put them on the list. I will PM back the name and address of your pairing by December 7th. Gifts must be shipped by December 15th so they can reach their destinations in time. I will make a thread on Christmas for members to post pictures of their gifts if they are willing and able.
  2. what kind of rig do you have, Micro? and how does it run that game?
  3. I'm in. Redlinerobert, if you give me some tips on how to make it work then I would be willing to do some organizing if no one else does...
  4. they are sweet looking rods, no doubt.
  5. I like their paddle tail swimbaits much better than Luck E strike or strike king's but I can't say anything about the hard baits.
  6. Dan: replied to T-rig's topic in Tacklemaking
Nice looking bait. Great paint job.
  7. It seems that a lot of those strange looking smallmouth pics are from California (Fish Chris has posted some that look Fourbizz's)
  8. Dan: replied to -nick-'s topic in Fishing Tackle
Wood swimbaits that are that cheap usually have a reason for being so. Still, I wouldn't mind checking one out, not like I would be losing too much.
  9. If TT loses to OU I think things will get interesting. Especially considering TT played two 1-AA schools early in the season.
  10. way to go guys (our fine servicemen and women as well as our fine rod builders and great community)
  11. nice fish and pics. Me and my roommates just found a praying mantis near our apartment and we caught him and got a cheap little aquarium to keep him in. We have been feeding him bugs and even little newts. It's amazing how strong those bugs are. He completely decimated the newt and ate his head clean off.
  12. just take it to the dump.
  13. I dunno. I'm worried about the change in developers. That can make a HUGE difference in sequel games.
  14. Not a bad question, most fish just pass soft plastics if they get swallowed but I wouldn't go throwing your used baits into the water.
  15. The games had different developers. The developer of World at War also developed COD3. I beleive the rest were made by Infinity Ward which has a lot of respect for making great games. I never played COD 3 but I know it wasn't nearly as popular as the others.
  16. Rob, what is that rod in your avatar? Did you get a new one?
  17. If anyone has any experience with these rods or gets their hands on one, I'd like to hear about it. I'm curious about how they may be different from the Premiers besides the split grip.
  18. the online in COD4 isn't challenging? it is if you play the right people...
  19. no problem, glad to be some help. I've explored many of the accesses on the Virginia side of the Upper Potomac, some are good, some suck. I'm glad to be able to give people a heads up so they know what to check out and what areas are like.
  20. wasn't the MD tidal record caught from the P'mac in the winter last year?
  21. Ewww, you don't want that! Get to the Dr!
  22. You can fish either side of the Potomac with a VA license. MD respects VA licenses, even if you are physically standing on MD property, as long as your line is in the Potomac or some of its tributaries. Same goes for VA with MD licenses. Hold on, I'll send you a PM with access info.
  23. Access for boats or just shore access?
  24. How's the wrist, Andrew? I went out tonight at my spot down here at school. Managed two on a topwater and one on a texas rig 10" power worm. The first one on the topwater was TINY, like barely bigger than the Yo-Zuri walking bait I used. The second was probably close to 2.5lbs and the power worm was probably just under 3lbs. I was glad to get a few topwater bites, the water isn't too cold yet... BTW, if you like walk the dog baits, try this one: http://www.fish307.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=5372 They have a soft squishy coating on them and they walk VERY well.
