Snook, that's from an ozone interest site, I'm taking it at face value. The FDA is probably hesitant because ozone treatment involves putting a toxic gas into your body and apparently there isn't as much hard scientific evidence supporting ozone treatment as there are emotional, last resort success stories that promote it. And I'm sure there are cases when it has "worked" but for that matter, there are also cases when prayer has "worked" to reverse or cure cancer. Does that mean it was the only thing in play or was there some other effect happening as well? I dunno...

The old handles were really cool. They looked like foam but they were actually wrapped string. It gave the handle a cool feel. Burley, do you know if the new rods have the metal butt piece like the older ones? I couldn't tell from the pics on TW.

I'm just saying there are proven, FDA approved, and medically accepted treatments out there. Different treatments work for different cases. The terrible thing about cancer is that you just never know how it will respond in any given case.

I had that tube rod. I sold it because I didn't like the reel seat and I wanted to try a Cumara. I think the LT was more sensitive than the 7'2" M XF Cumara that replaced it.
