Fishing through wrist pain
Stop fishing? What's that? I have bad wrists as well from doing stuff I shouldn't have at work. The only time I really feel the pain is when I try to top water and walk baits for too long. I basically just try to stretch my wrists out and either power through it or if it's that bad I stop with the top water and go to somthing else for a while.

It's Not Fall yet.
With this being my first year fishing I'm pretty excited about fall this year. Can't wait till it get a little cooler out and the fish start biting better then they did all summer. Next year will bet first prespawn and I'm really looking forward to that.

Has this ever happened to anyone?
YEA actually had one hit my pad crasher a couple weeks ago. As soon as he hit and I set the hook I said that's not a fish and reeled him in.

You might be addicted to bass fishing if...
Please, don't tell my lady about this.

Limited time
I'd be throwing soft plastic. It's a rare day when I get skunked throwing senkos.

Wacky rig
That on the pack of senkos? The orings i have are a little big I think. I can just roll them on.

Senko Bites
I've gotten in the habit of keeping my eyes on the line, now idk if I'm doing it right but the slack line in laying in the water is what I'm typically watching. I see little vibrations coming off the line in the water, but I also try to rest my line on my finger and the but of my rod on my forearm to help me feel the bite.

Wacky rig
Thanks guys, that's what I was thinking but just wasn't for sure. I nabbed a few orings from work that we had laying around. Hopefully there a good size for a Senko.

Wacky rig
What exactly is the purpose of the oring when rigging the wacky worm? Just to hold it on the hook so you're not putting the hook through the worm?

Best "found" lure?
Never found any baits, but I'm constantly reeling in yards and yards of line, people seem to get hung up and just cut the line at the rod tip. I'm always bringing home lots of line from other people to recycle.
- Never done this before!

Fishing scale
I would assume it would be zerod out if that's on when you start the scale up.
-
Colored line
I just don't understand how someone can tell if it makes any sort f difference.
-
Colored line
I've been using just some random mono from bass pro, my uncle was telling me to get some green line, says the fish don't see it as well. This true, does everyone else use colored line?
-
Rod size
I typically don't have any problem walking it, it's just the tip of the rod will smack the water and get all nasty, plus I'm having to hold my arms up higher to my chest and it makes it awkward and ends up hurting my wrists after a few min.

Fishing scale
I don't puncher the fish to get a weight, but putting them on the scale using the hook under the gill seems to make them flip and fight, when holding them by the lip doesn't.
-
Poppers
I have a he'll of a time trying to get that pop action going all the time when I throw the couple poppers I have. I can just assume I'm doing it wrong. I'll try to change the cadence up next time I throw one.

Fishing scale
Wasn't sure where to post this. But is there anything I can hook on the end of my scale to hold the lip of the bass to weigh it? I don't like sliding that hook up under their gills. They clearly don't care for it much either.

Rod size
Evening I like to throw the top water frog around. And I'm stuck up on shore. I recently got a new baitcaster and a 6'6 rod which s making it hard to be able to walk the frog. I have a smaller rod, not sure the size, how much of a difference will it make putting my reel on the smaller rod to make it easier to walk that frog?

Do bass, eat bass?
I have a privet pond I fish, and the owner was telling me last year he was reeling in a 1lb bass, when out of nowhere somthing came along and slammed it, pulled 12 yards of drag off and snapped his line. I can only assume it was a big bass seeing as they have bait fish cats grass Carl and bass in the pond. I go every weekend hoping to hook into that monster out there.

Hollow Body Frog vs Soft Body Frogs
Toad work better for me if they're willing to chase. Frogs work all the time. I'll throw a frog before a road.

Alright is this the next gimmick?
I seen that on fb. I'm skeptical about it. I couldn't find how big of an area it would attract them from. Kinda seems like it takes all the fun out of actually finding the fish, I mean on a hard day, and you're not catching maybe this could help land a couple but I wouldn't wanna use that very often.

Jitterbug Love
