  1. ♥️ ♥️ ♥️
  2. Metal gas can from 1989 for sale w/ funnel. $64,000. No low ball offers, I know what I have 😂 😂
  3. @Functional, I have that top one on my 2 cycle jug and I get gas all over my hands and the ground every time. I’m glad they came up with a way to prevent spillage by making it way worse 😂
  4. Thanks! The members do a great job as well
  5. That’s a solid one @IcatchDinks
  6. Wow time flies!!! Congratulations
  7. Frog, 50 lb braid for chickamauga in October. Also have something to pitch around when it slows down like a fluke/senko. Small cranks and walking baits can also be good on the main channel grass wall
  8. @Catt, Aiden is all grown up!
  9. Afternoon journey near home yielded an 18.5” SMB, jighead worm. My wife got 4 different species with a fly rod/popper. Bluegill, SMb, LMB, rock bass
  10. I’d guess this will be my biggest LM caught Saturday, don’t get them often
  11. Paddle works like the dowel also
  12. We had this one that would always steal our bait in my buddy’s pond. We finally caught and ate it, had 5-6 of our hooks and tons of hot dogs inside 😂 my buddy’s mom has pet ducks they are always eating as well. The other day one of them grabbed a duck by the leg and the duck somehow swam the turtle all the way to shore and dragged it up onto dry land
  13. The new ones are awful, I’m told internet has the old style like everyone else has posted. Theres always the funnel option if you just take the California nozzle off
  14. My “fly only” buddies got wind of the cicadas and wanted me to take em carp fishin’, we boated 13 and missed several from 6-9 pm. Even got a double once and had several opportunities @Further North @flyfisher you guys may enjoy the video that includes the cicada slurp
  15. Yep! Quite tricky to unhook but also edible
  16. That’s awesome! Sounded like wild times
  17. Guaranteed (as a guy who has tent camped in Alabama every may/june for decades . Rainforest habitat 😂
  18. @Tennessee Boy, my ichthyology professor was David etnier, who discovered the snail darter. They named it etnierii after him for some time but I see the species name as tanasi now. they took the completion of the dam to the Supreme Court over concerns this was the snail darters only habitat. The TVA lost but president carter passed the bill thru and completed the dam anyway. The snail darter has now been discovered in other watersheds and has been removed from the endangered species list https://higherground.utk.edu/snail-darter/ lucky for me, I’ve got a house on the resulting tellico lake 😂. maybe a good message in there concerning Alabama bass, wait until further research is done. I’d gladly eat as many as I can but I don’t buy the doomsday hype.
  19. I think I saw that guy on bass after dark? Same fella ?
  20. Live cicada on a small hook and 4 lb test Saturday Bob, don’t even need a fly rod. Granted I’ve been using fly rod and slaying carp with them too
  21. They will bite where your line touches the surface of the water so they can definitely see it . Threading the eye of the small hooks and casting and presentation will be much better with 4-6 lb, I’d at least add a leader of lighter line
  22. I’ve always heard flatheads are hunters predators blah blah but I know plenty of folks that catch massive flathead on cutbait and massive blues on live bait also. They are catfish, they eat everything they can and then some more one thing is for sure, channel cats fight like crazy and blues will chomp down on your hand and won’t let go
  23. Hahahah twelve days my foot! More like 30 minutes here and there, wore me slap out . That bucket is handy but I hate it now 😂 I used it to fill up mom’s garden box too but I could drive near it. My house is too steep for any driving except on the driveway
  24. The recent Alabama bass trail tourney on Alabama River took just over 18lbs of spots to win
