  1. You don’t have to pay for that, they bite willingly from my experience 😂 . Both tasty as well
  2. Well so much for that , guess he didn’t make it back to the ramp
  3. These guys smash em 😂. Ridiculous.
  4. Wesley gore with an 8 lber
  5. @PhishLI , my audio is working but it wasn’t at first
  6. We were born with one leg shorter than the other for walking on the side of a hill 😂
  7. The cormorants got me once bob, covered my shirt and shorts. I just jumped into the water in shame to wash off, my buddy could not stop laughing
  8. @Peninsular , we have heron rookeries on almost every island, they sound like Jurassic park in March. They are already in the tree tops carrying large branches right now, usually start in January. Pretty cool because when I was a kid it was rare to see a single blue heron, now there are thousands upon thousands and they steal koi fish out of people’s backyards 😂
  9. Impossible. I read on the internet he couldn’t catch them without live images
  10. Buddy gross is amazing with a trap, I predict he may show up on the upper portion of the leaderboard
  11. An ice cold beer is also essential kayak fishing tackle
  12. Thanks @Smirak ! Can’t wait !!
  13. Amen brother, I listen to them on earbuds while I’m painting haha
  14. Lots of the creeks are iced over but should have melted yesterday in the pouring rain, maybe not though. A recent BPT event was heavy on rattle traps, I expect to see that and bladed jigs and of course fluke on jighead. We are sending lots of water down that way but nothing crazy, should be moderate current with a little stain
  15. These are always total flops for me
  16. The main channel of TN river is still open but lots of tributaries are still frozen. It’s pouring the rain right now tho so that should help
  17. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid
  18. I’ve learned Frost proofs are not freeze proof . We had a ball valve on a back flow preventer explode at work today
  19. @Functional , I saw a river that feeds into the TN river frozen over this morning. It was open water by afternoon on my way home but almost every single creek arm of the reservoir is frozen
  20. I believe what @Jig Man , is saying, and is what I do, is flip the drop hitch over. A good example is the second pic you posted . Instead of a drop make it a lift And now that I read all the replies I realize he already cleared it up……. I make mine a rise for one of my boats and a drop for the other. Every one is different. I also put the Jack when on a couple boards to keep it up higher but that’s because I park it outside and need the water to drain out the back
  21. Nope! Which is why I eat tons and tons of white bass. Black bass are even better but have length minimums
  22. Worm on jighead is to me what Jerkbait is to you. Put a dead ringer or trick worm on there, I bet they would eat it up. And if we’re talking bottom fishing, surely you’re gonna toss some jigs??? My problem is probably a lot like yours, there’s not enough time to use all the baits
  23. Only problem there is keeping 12 inch bass is illegal almost anywhere I can fish Gross……… apparently their roe is valuable around the mid Atlantic. I saw “buck shad” for sale at reddington terminal in Philly, bout puked just thinking about eating it
  24. Yesterday afternoon we had bright sunshine and it got up to 25-26 degrees. We still have 5 inches of snow laying around but I was bored out of my mind so I had to go fishing. Went to where I knew I could catch something with nightcrawlers . Got 8-9 panfish, mostly yellow perch the size of rapalas, a couple bluegill and one shellcracker
  25. @Jigfishn10 , they just couldn’t compete with the mighty Arizona cardinals so they decided to sell out 😂
