  1. Frogs, jigs, senkos and craws are 95% of my spring-summer fishing. Cold months is jigs and jerkbaits.
  2. I only wacky rig senkos, never texas rig them, when I need a texas rig I'll typically go to a ribbontail worm
  3. x2 on the Tat CT.. great reel
  4. I've held them in the store, they feel incredible, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one. May just do that soon.

    Welcome!
  6. The reels, probably not. I may try the new Veritas though, I enjoy my 2.0 enough to atleast give the new ones a shot
  7. All Terrain Tackle makes nice jigs at a good price
  8. I won't even consider less than 50, 99% of the time I'm using 65. 15 could work, but if you find yourself in a heavy cover situation and that fish wraps you up in it, you may be in trouble. For open water applications you could probably get away with it, though.
  9. Spinnerbait, chatterbait, spook, popper
  10. If your not going to be fishing very thick slop and staying under 1oz weights then I think the medium heavy will suffice. Otherwise I'd go heavy.
  11. Never used one personally but the Daiwa Aird X has nothing but great reviews on tacklewarehouse. $54.99 with free shipping
  12. I use a Veritas 2.0 7'3" MH/F for jigs and Texas rigs. I really enjoy it
  13. I use the Imgur app. Upload pic to it then copy and paste the photo link here
  14. Spinnerbait excels around wood for me.
  15. I've never fished it but I have held it in the store, it felt heavy and unbalanced.
  16. Happened to me last year, throwing a tube and a bass broke me off, tied on the exact same tube and next cast I caught him.. retrieved my first tube from his gullet and set him free. It was pretty neat
  17. Another vote for bottom contact. I think most would agree
  18. As long as you are legally able to carry your rifles on you, I see no scenario in which it would be illegal to defend yourself with them. But I do believe Bear Spray would be your best bet, I would also keep a firearm on me in those situations though, just in case that mace fails
  19. Congrats! And during a tournament too!
  20. All Terrain Tackle Skippin Jig is my favorite. 1/4oz Green pumpkin in clearer water, black and blue in dirtier water.
