  2. I have a 14' Sea King V-Hull from 1968 that I am wanting to sell. It has a newer Shoreland'r trailer with a small amount of rust. It has roller guides. I just added cabbalas bed liner on the inside bottom of the hull. that was over 250$. I am adding a casting deck. The wood was 225. i still need carpet. add another 75. It comes with a new 300 and 650 $ motor and 200 in batteries. lifejackets oars and an anchor. got just bought and trailer for 700 What should i sell it for? Edit: Forgot to mention that I have about 2750 invested and many hours
  3. thats what i like, and the xh can't cast far at all
  4. use a grappling in rough water and mushroom in calm and mud
  5. Trolling motors that read your mind trolling motors that work with the fish finders and take you to the fish Motors that last longer go faster and are less frustrating to use trolling motors that cost more
  6. Thanks for the advice, I am currently using a *** O M N in a 7'3" MH XF. I have 2and they work great for frogs and jigs. I put winn rod tape on the frog rod for more grip.
  7. i was impressed that they even carried falcons
  8. Last winter I was searching for a frogging rod. At a nearby fishing convention, I spoke with a Carrot Stix employee about which rod to get. She pointed me towards the 7' xh wild wild black. I was excited at first; however, now i realize it is too stiff and too short to use for frogs. I was thinking of using it for punching, big jigs, or swimbaits, but i never do any of those things. I might sell the rod, but wanted to know what you thought before i do so. thanks
  9. I just bought 2 Falcon BucCoo Micro Casting rods in 6'6" MH from Walmart for 16 $ each! Thats 87.3 % off! Thanks to walmart and its lazy workers!

  11. I really like the ZX as well great grip, blank and reel seat! they also state what technique is best on each rod, and cover all the different lures in their models.

  13. Went out fishing the past three mornings and afternoons, over 150 bass for me and 50 for my dad, it's been amazing! Biggest went 2.7. Wish I could live here! Also, 12-15" average

  18. thats what i was thinking!
  19. Ok so here is my background info for you: I am 16 and fish with my grandfather a lot. Last winter we split the cost of a 14' vhull. It has two electric motors and a casting deck. I have invested about $2000 into the boat. We usually fish small electric lakes Wanting to get out on bigger water Have a big trip in a few weeks 2 people in the boat is tough, especially for tow people standing and for my grandfather We are thinking of repairing the boat and selling it looking for a small bass boat I am really impressed by some of the Bass Trackers that I have seen. That kind of a boat is what we are looking for. Big enough to fish three at most in calmer waters, and 1 or 2 in rougher water. I would like both an outboard and bow mount, because I live on an electric only lake, but do have access to outboard lakes. Not really sure how many HP I want, likely fine with any. I think my budget will be around $3000 total. I am planning to sell my current boat for around $2000. Here are the boas I'm looking at: https://harrisburg.craigslist.org/boa/6198617246.html https://newyork.craigslist.org/mnh/boa/6198148067.html https://poconos.craigslist.org/boa/6183768742.html https://lancaster.craigslist.org/boa/6197231142.html

  22. thats little fast for all around. will work good for punching flipping frogging buzzing. 6.3 or 7 for all around
  23. make sure to use a backing, but you said you did. is it enough? i also have a smoke but casting, nice reel, but it doesn't work well too.
