  1. You can get a Bluetooth remote for under $10. You have to have the camera app open but all you do is hit the button on it and it takes the picture.
  2. I’d check Craigslist for a used trailer. If you don’t already have the boat you can probably find a used Jon with a trailer for what the new Topper cost.
  3. I’ve gone down the highway many days doing 70 mph pulling my boat using the velcro Rod Savers and never had them come loose. You will be fine.
  4. I fish from a Pond Prowler and 15 is usually my max but have been out in 20+mph gusts before. I absolutely despise fishing in the wind. Being in the wind gives me headaches.I’d rather fish in the pouring down rain or snow than on a windy day.
  5. A senko weighs 3/8 ounce. Any baitcaster on the market should handle that.
  6. Another vote for Tatula Sv. A lot easier to dial in than Shimano
  7. One more vote for McCoy. Handles so much better than Big game
  8. I use 50lb Seaguar Smackdown for frogs
  9. I use a Ram-X mount and a bluetooth remote to snap the picture.
  10. Lipless Crankbait
  11. I’m right handed, right eye dominate, cast and reel right handed.
  12. I like Daiwas braking system better and they are a lot easier to dial in than my Shimanos
  13. For shallow cranks that you listed. A 6.3 reel and a MH/MF rod. I wouldn’t go shorter than 7 foot because that will affect your casting distance.
  14. That looks like the same size wire that's in my boat. If it makes you feel better it won't hurt a thing to rewire it with 6 gauge. Maybe I've been lucky to not have any problems yet using the 10 gauge.
  15. The Lowrance elites can be linked together so only one transducer is needed. The elite 7ti that's on sale at bass pro for 499 comes with Navionics mapping. The Garmin striker doesn't have mapping.
  16. I could care less about what the pros and youtubers use. I use baits and gear based on what works for me through experience and what I have confidence in.
  17. I’ve been using the prewiring with my 55 lb Minn Kota for over a year now with no ill effects.
  18. The Tatula is lighter and more sensitive than the Fury. I have both
  19. TotalNoob, Why not just put both batteries in the back of the boat and plug your front trolling motor to the plug in the front of the boat?
  20. I’d return it. I’m sure they can order you another one.
  21. Sportsman’s Outfitters is located in Alabama. The rods are on there website.
