I like the Zoom Swimming Chunk on a finesse jig.

I have been checked by the game wardens many times. They have done boat inspections and I have never had a problem. They have always checked me while I was fishing. Getting pulled over while running on the water is a new one on me. I have met and passed by them when we were meeting each other but never had one turn around to come after me.

This will be interesting to see how they make it work on tiller handle motors. It doesn't matter what the law is. There will always be people out there that don't care and do what they want.

That is what I was thinking to begin with. Since this is all new to me me since I have always used flip phones I thought I would ask. I was surprised at how many said it wasn't needed.

I have always tried to be careful about the websites I go to on my computer to avoid problems. Just recently someone got my email address that shouldn't have. I have started getting trash and scam emails I've never had before. If I could figure out how to use internet on the phone I would be afraid to try it since this has happened.

I probably won't put anti virus on it since I won't do much more than make a call or answer a call. I am too technology challenged to try to do very much with it.

My wife is trying to drag me in to the 21st century. She finally talked me in to getting new I phones for both of us instead of flip phones. I don't have them activated for internet use yet. Since they are basically a hand held computer this is my stupid question. Do they need anti virus protection like a computer does or not? So far with what little I have worked with it I am ready to go back to my flip phone. Any thought or ideas is appreciated. These are from Tracfone.

Culprit still makes the Fire-n-Ice worms. I have a pack of them in 7.5".

That is one color I have never used but checking it out online it looks like a color I would try.

Around here I would consider 3' of visibility clear water. I would use PB&J or green pumpkin over black & blue. I have caught bass on blk & blu with very little visibility but I usually don't use it with that much visibility.

I like to Texas rig them. I use a 1/0 offset round bend hook with a 1/16 ounce sinker. Throw them on a spinning rod with 8# line.

I have 1998 Pro Team 175 with a 40HP on it. I had to replace the original motor which was a Tracker Force motor when I blew a cylinder in it. My boat is rated for a 75HP. I was told by a dealer if I went to a four stroke I could only go to a 60HP due to the weight factor. They told me there was so little difference between 40HP and 50HP I would have to go to a 60HP to help myself any.

If you go with AGM batteries you may have to get a different battery charger. Going by different things I have read a charger for a standard wet cell battery will not work with AGMs. I'm not an engineer so it can't explain what the difference is in charging them or why it makes a difference.

I have seen it work both ways. I usually start with a Baby Brush Hog. If nothing happens I may try different colors. Still no luck I have gone to a centipede or grub and started catching fish. There have also been times when going to an Ol Monster or even a smaller 6" worm got them to start biting.

My casting average is probably 20 to 30 yards. My longest rod is 6'6" and I am sitting down while fishing. No way will I reach the casting distance others claim when standing up and using longer rods.

If I remember right many years ago they were limited to 150HP on there boats. Maybe they need to limit the HP agin.

I use a trailer on a jig but not on a spinnerbait. I won't even use a trailer hook on a spinnerbait.

We are just getting over heavy rains and record flooding around here. Supposed to have more cold rain over the weekend. I won't be going anywhere. I still need to see about getting new batteries for my boat.
