  1. Ya - the Silverado doesn't care if it's a couple gallons of the 24 in it's tank Four stations near me carry ethanol free gas...being by the most used lake in the metro area has it's advantages.
  2. For me, if there's any gas left in the tank at the end of the season...it gets poured into the truck's tank.
  3. We use to have a Papa Murphy's in town - then they closed. Also had a mom&pop Pizzaria - and they closed. All we got left in the 'delivery area' is Dominos or Carbone's - and Carbone's CS sucks. Actually - Dominos' Pasta Bowls aren't too bad...and the chicken wings are fairly decent too.
  4. We dropped our cable about 10 years ago, never set up the HD antenna. Amazon Prime, Netflix, Paramount Plus and Disney are our pay-streaming services. We get everything we're interested in watching without commercials. Both the 50" in the Living Room and the 32" in the bedroom are on the Wi-Fi.
  5. Digitaka is entirely legit...last winter I ordered 5 reels from them...all were in my hand within 3 days and the savings were great. And I pulled the trigger on another reel - not near the Certate/Exsence/Vanquish level - but at 30% off USDM price, I couldn't resist.
  6. Wife paid $60 for the cover she got me for my birthday last fall. Elastic edge and 1" Nylon straps with buckles keep it secure enough that the critters can't get in, and covered vent holes so it doesn't get too hot under it. Sizes to fit 14'-23' boats, 150-600 denier weights in several colors. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083FM5P1P?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1
  7. @Logan S and @Jar11591 hit it on the head - it's one of his beliefs as to his success, and messing with someone's belief will affect their confidence and thereby affect their success.
  8. Another 'fish tale'. My trip earlier in the week? 8 fish, 1 pike, 2 sunnies, 5 bass...all on the same Finesse TRD I've also caught multiple fish (pike and bass) on chatterbait using the exact same Pit Boss trailer. If he's happy doing that, let him...but the 'caught pheromone' is an old wives tale.
  9. Or FC - and that deformation weakens the line...so stay away from using toothpicks to peg weights.
  10. Keep it up and he might even write your eulogy.
  11. Bobber Stops.
  12. Must be a Trion, President or President XT....or a 2019 model. 2023 models of Supreme, Supreme XT, Patriarch and Patriach XT have eliminated the switch. Trion, Pres and Pres-XT switches are on the chopping block.
  13. Punching or twitching through heavy weeds - jam that sucker down tight.
  14. Shhh - you'll ruin our secret.
  15. I stand by my 'recommendation'...and suggest T-Rigs or Jigs.
  16. Yep - the modified Ironton PWC trailer I used for the Sun Dolpin was the same. If it's really off and I don't want to circle around the launch area...go lift it off the tires and shift it manually.
  17. I'll challenge you for that title, Andy. Whole reason I went with the linked camera - kept jackknifing the canoe. Bass Trek is a little easier to maneuver properly, but still use the camera to make it 'perfect'.
  18. Drop-offs, yes...but where they have quick access to the shallow areas.
  19. I've got a full topper - and the rear window in the cab as well as the topper window are 'smoked'...really hard to see the trailer behind me. What I do, is put one of my action cameras in a clip mount - clip that to the bottom of the topper window, then connect my Tablet and Camera via Wi-Fi...tablet propped up on the dashboard, and I've got a backup camera with a higher field of view than those license plate mounts.
  20. No issues here - ever I use Firefox on all my devices - never failed me yet.
  21. Brush Hog, Baby Brush Hog, Super Fluke, Missile D'Stroyer, Zoom Lizards...and of course, Senkos
  22. Earlier today the AQI was at 183 (Unhealthy) - my latest look at https://www.airnow.gov/ shows it at 261 (Very Unhealthy)
  23. I know - that stuff is the worse to clear off...
  24. Ignore them - I've got 15# and 20# FC on two of my reels - backing to save money. About 70yds of mainline, the rest of the spool filled with cheap mono (Berkley Big Game)
  25. That was my experience yesterday dragging a Ned through weed-beds. Almost always on the line-tie, very rarely on the hook.
