  1. There was last I saw them in 2001.
  2. Still have a chance - even though 3 of the original members aren't with them anymore (keyboardist Al Lanier died in 2013, the Bouchard brothers left the end of 81) - as long as Eric and 'Buck' are still there, it's still BOC. 2022 concert dates - http://www.blueoystercult.com/OnTour.html
  3. Eventually you'll want to move up. Up until this year, that's what my Aird-X Heavy was used for - frogs, pitching, punching. Now I have a Fury 765-Flip - still use the Aird-X for frogs or 1-1.5oz topwaters.
  4. Last fall, my neighbor helped me re-do the brakes on the Silverado...everything got replaced - master cylinder, lines, calipers, rotors...the works. Took us a whole weekend, but boy did it save money on labor.
  5. I'm chalking mine up to the November 1981 Foghat/Blue Oyster Cult concert I attended...I was in 'The Pit' for the whole thing.
  6. Ya, even Menards sells them at 10-for-$2.99 vs 100-for-$8.09 for the Harmony one's I linked above...on my budget, I'll stick with the Harmonys if I need more.
  7. That's nothing - last year the wife went through 340 books (she keeps track)...ya, almost a book a day.
  8. I go through probably 150-200 books a year. I also do creative writing that I post on a site - nope, not telling you where.
  9. Join the club I skip jigs, spinners, chatters on a MH/F spinning rig Nekos, Wacky, etc on either my M/F spinning rig or my ML/MF spinning rig.
  10. According to the schematics - the Tatula LT has a bearing, not a bushing. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0384/6645/3641/files/TALT1000-2500D-XH_3000-4000-CXH_3000D-CXH.pdf
  11. What really helps is a reel with a bearing under the line-roller - the Fuego LT has a bushing. I run 20# 832 on my Pflueger Supreme-30 - which has a line-roller bearing - don't have problems with major twist or wind-knots.
  12. I use the same stuff on my Garmin as I do on my computer monitor https://www.amazon.com/Computer-Cleaner-Spray-Electronic-Cleaning/dp/B09B5DQYK1?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=A1LTALQRN88YM8
  13. I use these for skinnier worms like Zoom Finesse https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0761X9HTZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  14. Then Dobyns needs to fix it's website. https://dobynsrods.com/product/mk-705cb/
  15. Long as you don't try bombing it. MK-705CB is rated to 3/4 oz Super Spook is 7/8 oz Try to cast too hard and you'll seriously overload the rod and maybe break it. BTW: I toss my Super Spooks on a H/F...
  16. Yep - got the same info from my BIL a few years ago when I asked. He does it cause he loves it, his day-job (piano tuner) pays the bills.
  17. I'm partial to Leer myself - that's what I've had on my last 2 trucks.
  18. I skip spinners and chatters on a MH/F spinning rig with 20# 832 Can't skip with a BC worth a darn...
  19. Ned, dropshot, weightless plastics (wacky, T-Rig, Donkey Rig, flukes) - I do all those on spinning.
  20. Closest they get to MO is Tulsa, OK on Sept 15 No WT on that one...Trivium (heavy metal band out of Florida) is with them Though a longer trip - Oct 3 in Sioux Falls, SD, it's IM and WT
  21. Just an aside - Within Temptation is currently touring with Iron Maiden I got my ticket for the October 4th concert in Minneapolis...unfortunately it's one of the dates that IM won't be with them. (sighs)
  22. Actually it was pretty easy to program...took me less than 10 minutes, and that included reading the instructions. It's got CMOS memory, so even removing power from it doesn't erase the program you've set. Maybe not rated for it - but I haven't had any issues yet...plus I have the backside, where the connections are, protected.
  23. A 15 gallon tank with recirc should be able to handle that many fish. A timer in the line would definitely help. This is the one I've got in the F-9 Allows different programming...my current setting is 30 seconds on, 4:30 off, infinite repeating. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06X3YSXY9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  24. All these ladies have incredible voices...rarely is there growling male vocals and even then it's more add-on or backing rather than up front. Sharon den Adel - Within Temptation Charlotte Wessels - Delain Tarja Turunan - Nightwish (first vocalist) Floor Jansen - Nightwish (current vocalist)
