Wake Baits
It is indeed a Bull Wake swimbait. The very reason I said "I know what you said". I also mentioned a CC Redfin, normal weighted bait while being 7 inches long. A couple post up Functional mentioned he needed to try a real Wake. Just trying to help a fishing brother feed his monkey. I own 10 - 12 conventional wakes that never produced quality fish like the BS Wake does.

Wake Baits
I know what you said. But if it's worth doing ..............?. A Cotton Cordell 7" Redfin in white produces nicely after upgrading the hooks.

Pain in left flank....
Back pain is a close cousin with kidney stone pain. Neither is a good time and difficult to tell which one your dealing with at the onset.

Postal service
I blamed my post lady for my Dachshund's weight gain the other day at the vet(he gave me the C'Mon Man). She gives her an enormous Milk Bone if we happen to meet her at the end of the driveway. That woman's an enabler.

Jetson Question
What? Did somebody say BBQ? I'll trade you my Summer heat for your Wind. I'll throw in a glide bait to sweeten the deal.

Nutria in Virginia
When someone tells you they've killed all the wild hogs in an area, just nod and smile. They're wrong. Reduced numbers temporary, maybe, but they'll never will eradicate them.

Fist fights...
As a youth I was in 1 or 2, maybe 10 pecking order fights( young bucks sparring) with mostly friends. Only been in two real fights, the first was a amateur Golden Glove boxer that just couldn't leave my girlfriend alone until we squared up and I knocked five of his teeth out. He had a new found respect for bare fist fighters. He got some licks in but head is hard. Between that fight and my last one, which was thankfully 31 years ago, me and two of my weight lifting buddies had started sparring a bit for some cardio. Sparring with those jokers went on for a few years until we wised up and figured out no matter what you do, when two 250 lb guys that are benching 400+ lbs punch each other you get seriously hurt. So 31 years ago I had a close family member get assaulted in my presence and I released a monster from deep inside me that I never new existed. I struck him five times with my fist and broke his face up badly. According to the LEO's that wanted to know what I beat him with and wanted to arrest me, he had several facial fractures, possible blindness of one eye from a Supraorbital fracture, and multiple teeth knocked out. He was also bleeding from both ears and spent 14 days in the ICU. Do not misunderstand the above as bragging as I'm no great fighter and detest violence. But that last fight showed me what I was capable of and seriously scared me at the same time. I haven't and will not put my hands on anyone in violence unless I'm protecting a life.

How did you learn to fillet?
My stepfather taught me the correct way to fillet 20 + years ago. I'm a Ninja with an electric knife. Not kidding, I'm certified. ?

Living with regret......
My biggest regret is thinking my body could pick up Atlas Stones up to 425 lbs, lift cars, run around with 1300 lbs on my back, deadlift/squat stupid amounts of weight with no repercussions. Did all that and more while working 14 - 18 hours days on concrete. My back reminds me every time I move.
