  1. What takes 120 hours, 9 beers, five 30 oz mugs of coffee, 23 bottles of water, 40+ hours of flopping around in a tub of hot water, 11 Percocet, and 9 Soma to travel 8 - 10 inches? If you guessed "KIDNEY STONE". I'm sorry you know that immense pain and that it's 8 - 10" from your kidney to your bladder. But I just survived #40 something. Now back to fishing.

Ability to run wiring was at the upper part of the list that my wife would have to have. 6.13 miles of wires in my boat and my wife installed it all. I did place the Group 31's in the hole. Just looks like colored spaghetti to me. At least you're knocking out some cardio.
  3. A - Jay please give Lynn a big hug for me, the other Andy.
  4. I've said it before and I'll say it again, nothing comes close to Original Spiderwire 50 lb braid at repairing Purple Dinosaur necks. This is not a paid endorsement.
  5. Very nice. Happy Anniversary.
  6. My 5" wide /3 piece black one is 17 years old and looks fine. I do release the tension while it's parked.
  7. Good fish.
  8. I keep my trucks a bit longer, but like your Ex - Marine buyer, the same farmer has bought my last two trucks. He was actually leaving the dealership with my last trade in before I finished my paperwork.
  9. Caught 8 today, all on the TRD Flatlands wobblehead in 2 - 6'.
  10. Guy in the van said she was a rare small breed Red Lab, she'd be a great duck dog. I'm not so sure. What do y'all think? I guess I need to get a DNA kit. It'll likely read 80% Hog, 11% Feist, 9% Unknown Beast.
  11. Don't care what direction the winds blowing, just give 5 - 20 mph and I can usually find and catch some fish. I love the wind, little boat in big wind is great for keeping your core muscles in peak condition.
  12. I'm somewhere between Maniacal and Nuts per Tennessee Boy's numbers above.
  13. Nice. Looks like it works too.
  14. Welcome to the forum.
  15. Truck glove compart doubles as a spare key holder too. Most of us have a similar story.

On the way home from the lake yesterday day evening, I swung by the drug store. While sitting in line I saw something in the sky.
  20. Keep your bearings lubed. Go to E - Trailer and get you the 4.80 x 12, M rated tires. They're rated for 81 mph and work great on my boat trailer.
  21. 6, 8, & 10 lb Seaguar Red Label. Which one depends on location, lure, and water clarity.
  22. Can I live without sonar? Sure. Will I? No. Not on big water. I fished many many years BLIND. After installing and learning my electronics my fish numbers and size have greatly increased. I've marked and fished humps & structure that produce alot of fish for me, that I never knew existed prior. One example is a 10' deep hump that's surrounded by 90 - 100' of water that seems to always hold Spots. With my 360 Imaging I'm so much more efficient hitting a small rock pile in 30' of water or working a lure just outside a weed edge. My Winter vertical spoon fishing isn't possible without electronics.
