What bait/lure or technique do you struggle with the most?
Jigs The reason is that I know they are the best and I really struggle with them, But this season I have one or even two combo that will have jig on it all season and it will be my first rod I pick up everywhere I am fishing and see the result.

Rod Socks
I have some concerns using neoprene covers, Ive them for all of my good rods(I upgrade them from normal plastic covers), And I noticed that they are heavy and you are a guy that leaning your rods to the wall or stand them, The actual weight of neoprene covers will slightly bend the lower action rods like M action to down. I didn't see same effect on MH and up action rods. Just want to let you know.

Inflatable kayaks...

...now let’s talk about rods
Also remember the rod is more important than reel, A good rod that fits your application is the must. If you choosing to have one all around rod also ill suggest you spend more money on rod not reel.

Are these stocking foot waders, and do they come with the neoprene booties or do I have to buy them separately?
Buy Simms, I have them and they are very light and do the job. https://www.amazon.com/Simms-Freestone-Wading-Rubber-Gunmetal/dp/B082YH7PBN/ref=sr_1_8?dchild=1&keywords=Simms+wading+boots&qid=1620095789&sr=8-8 or Orvis: https://www.amazon.com/Orvis-Mens-Ultralight-Wading-Boot/dp/B077YZS2Q1/ref=sr_1_9?dchild=1&keywords=Simms+wading+boots&qid=1620095789&sr=8-9 just look at models and prices. and remember buy 1 size bigger, even 2 size to make sure for winter when you wearing thick socks.

Fishing Vs Tackling As A Hobby
Since you can catch bass(fish) with very basic MH or M spinning set up spooled by 8lb mono line, some 3/0 hook with some soft plastic which costs less tan $100 all in all, Made me think of majority of us that we always buying and upgrading our gear. We don't only have bass fishing as hobby but we have another hobby that I think we can call it tackling :). I mean I really enjoy to buy and collect all the gear I can. But to be honest with you I am sometimes not using them in months, For example I have 5 BFS combos and two of them were used only once last year simply because I like the most one of them and I do majority of my BFS fishing with that combo. This applying to my lures and soft plastics as well, you imagine I fish 200 days plus in one year and whole last year even with tackle shortage I still have bunch of soft plastics. If you want to be honest 90% of tackle I have are extras and I just have them and using them because I enjoy to do so. another example of what I did was unnecessary is my 11 travel combos 6 spinning and 5 casting combos, Since day one I didn't go to travel so I didn't use them as their purpose. I am going to wrap it up, this 90% unnecessary purchase belong to my other hobby call tackling haha... Thanks for reading, I just wanted to share my thoughts.

Loosening drag after fishing
I always doing that from the first with no reason, It just felt right to do it. My only reason I can find for myself is the way I am keeping my reel bag, If I loose the drag, I can adjust the handle in position to put more reels in one reel bag

When to use a bait casting set up versus spinning for a technique
I use spinning set up only for weightless tubes and light drop shot and smaller weightless stickbaits in clear water. using very long(30') 6lb test fluorocarbon. anything else I will use baitcasters .

What makes you cover or not cover your rods?
I use sleeves for rod and cover for my reels, I even remove the reels and keep them in separate reel bag, so when I put my rods against the wall the reel weight will not put pressure on my rods. Thats about my 9 high end set ups, The rest of combos are cover as well behind my truck 24/7.
