Congrats and enjoy..

Help In New Electronics.
I’m of the same opinion. I have Ultrex with mega 360 and birds on bow and console. Couldn’t be happier. I’d have a hard time switching from the Ultrex.

Y'all Turkey Hunt
No more. Game commission just put a stop to fall turkey hunting with a rifle. Starting fall of 2021 Good luck Tony. I too am a turkey addict. I’ve hunting all over the country. I have 3 grand slams, one with a muzzle loader shotgun. It’s my other drug of choice with fishing.

How to get most speed out of my 60hp Merc on tracker 175tx
Stainless is definitely the best way to go. But for speed there’s not a lot you can do with 60hp. I mentioned $$$ for more speed. It wouldn’t be worth it to go with a 75hp motor and better prop.

How to get most speed out of my 60hp Merc on tracker 175tx
What JF said is how you get the best out of what you have. If your asking for more you’ll need to check that your motor is mounted at the right height for your boat. Then you’ll need to go with better hole shot or higher top end. Are you running a stainless or aluminum prop. As with anything speed related $$ is the biggest factor. There are ways to get both but at a cost.

Need ideas for trolling motor battery
Your best option would be a marine grade solar power charger and a lithium battery. They may seem expensive up front but are cheaper in the long run. Run time is longer and charging time is faster.

Sealing damaged fiberglass
Marine Tex gray. Easy to use and is stronger than the original fiberglass. You can sand and paint over or sand and cover with your keel guard.

Co-angler Etiquette Question
The only thing that upset me from a co-angler is if he cast over my line, or cross my imaginary line of the console to cast Your a co-angler not just a added weight on the boat. You had full right to fish the opposite side.

Boater's Safety Course
I never though of asking my insurance company. On the other hand what Capt. Phil said is so true. I can’t understand how they rent boats to people who have no idea of how to operate one. I know that some states are going to start enforcing that you must have a safety course card to operate a boat in the near future.
