Caught many on hollow body and lost many also. Caught more and lost none using a t-rigged rage manace flipin into the pads. This year i am going to try something new so i will start with plastic toads t-rigged and lettin them fall into the holes off the pads. Also berkley maxscent 8" kingtails just because i want to try different baits and need to use them as i have many packs of them.

Alot of meth heads working at fast food joints now. last time i was inside ordering i was thinkin about walkin out seeing whom was behind the counter but it was almost midnight and i was on the way home from fishing all day and very hungry. So i just stood away from the counter not wanting to see the procees of my food being handled and when my number was called i grabbed it and ate while driving the hiway home.

2 days ago i took a 1/4 oz ball head jig i was using for walleye then took a 5 in berkly general stick bait, pinched 2 inches off it, put it on the jig using it as a ned rig and first cast in the river i caught a nice smallie and 2nd cast caught another smallie.

He fishes the same exact spot on the ottertail river that i do. Now when i catch a smallie i"m thinkin i am gettin sloppy seconds.

make sure its a least 8 ft long.

i still workout but i joined planet fitness to get myself more motivated to workout. It got mundane working out at home and having a place to go and be around other people motivates me. Been workin real hard on the lower body this past few months building up strength in in the lower back, hips, legs,,,, It has worked out tremendously as when i shore and wader fish such as i am on the river climbing over chunk rocks and steep hills i dont fatigue.

Weather looks iffy for the weekend here in detroit lakes , fergus falls Minn area. Fishing the ottertail river below the dam there are no boats to deal with, only bank busters. If i go it will be monday at noon and stay till 10:30 pm as usual to catch the late walleye bite. Or wait till tuesday but i sure hate sittin around home on a holiday. Answer, undecided as of now.

exact same experience with the 30# 832 for me on the fast flowing river yesterday. Casting abit up stream and the reeling in the slack as the lure flows to me. I hooked a 3.5 lb smallie and in the current it felt like i hooked a whale. After reeling it in with the drag at max and reeling against the drag the next cast i could hear the dig in and feel it when the dig in came out of the spool. This is my first year with 832, my spider wire 20 lb or 30 lb never dug in. Maybe next year if i stick with the 832 i will spool up all spinning with 40# 832.

last time i used gorilla super glue my wife had to use fingernail polish remover to separate my fingers. I carry it in my tackle but not for knots but to repair plastics.

When big banks use call centers the workers are all trained to read out of a scripted book giving them the answers to your questions. Some workers are more experienced with the book while newbies struggle to find the section you need answers to. Citi bank uses a call center in the philippines while some of my other banks are direct calls to the bank where you first go through the que but then get to speak direct to the bank employee in say kansas city state bank.
