I have a WP60 and it blows out at a “speedy” retrieve. Like to keep it from blowing out, you have to reel it slow. So slow that sometimes the tail doesn’t even plop. That’s just my experience.

Go to Barlows tackle and buy some unpainted blanks. Grab a paintbrush and some acrylic paint and paint them pearl white. Throw on some eyes and you’re done. Blanks are usually in the $1 range.
