Picked up just this pack of plum crazy 7.5" Culprit worms today. Payday is tomorrow so I didn't have alot to spend, plus I've been wanting to try them out. ?

I'm a big fan of those worms....AND... maybe my favorite car of all time was a 68 Road Runner in Plum Crazy

I bet that '68 Road Runner looked sweeeeeeeeeet! You got any pics?

Just want tosee what's out there, toe the line, and walk the path of temptation...and maybe have a place to commiserate when I stumble.

I knew I was cheated!

It’s not so bad. We split the mortgage and bills.  We keep separate accounts and spend the rest on whatever we like. I pay for my truck and hobbies. She pays for her $200 hair cuts and clothes. If I go fishing in the morning she’s happy to get the chance to sleep in. In the evening she goes fishing too. And sometimes out fishes me

Now I expect this to abruptly change whenever we have kids lol

You are correct. I had the same situation.

One thing I st for you and more for Brew City, since he is at the most risk of the most drastic lifestyle change...don't think that if there are parts of your free time that you will EVER get back if you begin to concede or give it up. In fact, if you have something that is a regular deal and you say you can skip it "this one time"...ha, ha...that's it! Bye bye, hockey (for instance)!

The slippery part of this is that it requires you to have discipline and fish or play hockey or workout or whatever it is, even when you REALLY don't feel like it. Sometimes it's more convenient to just stay home...but that is the sinister side of the trap. It's way harder than it sounds! But in the bright side, if you always remain diligent, it rarely becomes a question of whether you will be losing all your free time or not. In fact, there may be very little argument at all!

Good luck!

Nice! @Siebert Outdoors really digging the packaging! ?

I love Siebert jigs. I like to tie my own skirts and I've been using the Dredge jigs for a few years now, sharpest hooks out there.

I been hitting my local Walmart's and getting in the Yum $1.96 box and been getting all the dingers/senkos. I have found some awesome colors. One of my favorite finds was a cameo color.

You like those Diamantes I see, just used one for the first time yesterday and it has a very unique walking action unlike any bait I have used. Was thinking about ordering a few more from cabelas.

Haven’t tried them yet , just  a tackle hoarder at the moment lol

The last few days I picked up a 1/4oz chartreuse perch Booyah spinnerbait, a pack of tequila sunrise and a pack of green pumpkin magic 6" Zoom lizards and a natural bream Strike King KVD 1.5 shallow runner(3') square bill crankbait. Been working alot lately and still gotta lot more hours to do. We got inventory coming up. Yay! Not! Lol! Hoping to get out for a couple hours or so this evening to try these new baits out. ?

Thanks to this site...I found Siebert Outdoors (if you haven't looked or noticed, the link is below)...several people in here have posted that they like their jigs. So, I took a look and promptly went on a little spree.

They've got a good color selection and have colors that, for me, were just different enough from what "everyone else" was offering. I like chatterbaits and swim jigs and I'd convinced myself that I had plenty until I saw theirs.

Bought a few new rods and reels earlier this week, along with some graphs, still waiting on the Tatula LT spinning reels for the two spinning rods to come in, got them for a awesome deal, I'm super cheap and they were $100 bucks each for both during a Labor Day sale I couldn't resist.

They were actually 110 each to be exact, Fleabay had them for 138 then with an additional 20 or 25% off coupon I forgot which, they were 110 shipped.

Grabbed a pack of plum Ol' Monsters, a pack of junebug Rage Bugs and a pack of black blue flake Rage Craws today before I left work. Also making an order to @Siebert Outdoors by this Saturday at the latest. Can't wait to make my order and get them in. ?

One of my most recent purchases was a handful of war eagle spinnerbaits, and on Wednesday it paid off with my best fish of the year so far at 3 lbs and 15 oz

FYI, River2Seas website has some closeouts on a couple of their baits: Bully Wa (3 colours - $6 each), Bubble Walker (1 colour - $6 each) and Biggie square bill (2 sizes, multiple colours $6 each). If I hadn't just bought a ton of plastics and jigs last week, I'd be all over those sq. bills and frogs.

The Labor Day sale got me.. crankbaits and chatterbaits ? I hope these zakos look good, I usually use keitechs only but heard zako produce well.

I've got a box full of bladed jigs and the Jackhammer is WORTH THE PRICE.  It's just something about how the blade strikes the head and the fit and finish of the whole thing. You'll be glad you spent the extra, I'm thinking. And the Zako is perfect for a trailer as well. Just enough action to attract a fish but not too much to kill the action. Good choices.

Oh yeah, that crank bait looks a lot like a Rapala Brat instead of a BP XP brand. Which is it?
