Over 50 years of fishing, I've caught the majority of my bass on a plain 1/8 oz. ball head jig dressed with a 3" curly tail grub. The last 15 years or so, the 5" Senko has probably accounted for even more yet. Caught my biggest LM bass on a 7" Senko Texas rigged. My biggest smallie with a 4" Roboworm on a drop shot.

1. Super fluke Jr in baby bass though the Spro phat fly is starting to become a favorite of mine for numbers.

2. Tied for the super fluke Jr and 5 inch gycb senkos. 5+lb

1. Little George in hammered

2. Rebel Pop-R (only counting fish over 8lb) Last summer I caught both my personal bests, and almost broke both state records for TN smallmouth and largemouth. 10lb 9oz and 14lb 1oz respectively. They say nothing hits as hard as topwaters, these fish made a believer out of me.

Wow! A 10lb 9oz smallmouth?? I'd love to see a picture of that one!  :eyebrows:

I have no idea what bait has caught me the most fish, but it's likely the same bait that catches my biggest fish because I fish it so often, which is a jig.

Fishing every day I don't keep track of anything, I know I only use a small handful of lures.  A big bass for me is probably about 23", I've caught them bigger but don't know how big.  I fish for strictly for fun, I'd much rather catch a 5# bass on a ul with a top water in a pond than a 10+ using a mh heavy rod pulling it thru thick vegetation.

I know what I catch my biggest peacocks on, a crappie jig as it's my most used lure for them.

4" Senko, and knock-offs

4.75" Zoom Finesse worms

Wacky rigged has caught me the most

6 pounders of anything I've tried. Also

scored me my PB at 7.5lbs (no, that

was a 5" senko, actually).
