I think you only get 10% when you sign up.  I did the $20 off 100 by signing up for texts.

Check Simms website.  They have them on sale.  Last year I picked up a full set for $210 shipped.  Look for codes via google.  I was able to find 10% off too.

Just wondering on how recent purchases from TW have gone? I always pay the $10 for over night even if I know I won't get it overnight. With the delays, how long have you been waiting for your orders?

Unfortunately, it seems like a bit of a wait regularly. I’m guessing that they are just processing them as quickly as they can but it’s been about 4-6 days before I get a shipping notification and I also always pay the $5 or $10 depending on my impatience. I have about 4 different orders (I know it’s dumb to split them up but my mind thinks of things at the worst times) and I just got a shipping email for 2 of them and waiting for the others. However, they did get my expride out in about 2 days so maybe higher priced items are made a priority. It’s still not so bad considering what they are probably dealing with. 

I haven’t really bought anything TW lately. I have found much better deals on different sites. I know they price match, but with the limited staff who knows how long it would take for them to do that. Everything I have gotten from other vendors has arrived very quickly, it sucks because I’m a huge TW fan but I’m going to wait a bit for things to pick back up before I order from them again.

Agreed. Joe’s Sporting Goods has a curado at my door within 3 days of ordering somehow. It was amazing. But when I think of baits I want for my next weekend trip (or now the following weekend trip) I still go to TW and order. I am still keeping an eye out for deals elsewhere.

Where have you been going for hooks and basic plastics and small necessities? I don't want to pay 6.99 shipping for a pack of hooks from bass pro, etc.

I dunno about CA, but here in MN baitshops are allowed to be open again. So I have two local places to go...as well as a couple convenience stores that carry some tackle and bait.

Luckily I made a big order from TW before this all went down when I got my tax return so I am pretty stocked up for now. If I really needed to though I have a Cabelas about an hour from me that is still open, plus the Dicks around here are open for curbside pick up.

Na - there's a number of states with a lower rate (cases per million pop), Oregon and W Virginia being two of them.

 

Scheels online spring fishing sale going on through beginning of May. 20% off most things including Megabass. I stocked up on dark sleepers and got a few Chasebaits mudbugs to try out.

I placed a couple orders recently. My 2-day got here within a week, and I just got a confirmation that my ground shipping is being shipped today. Not too bad I expected worse tbh. But last time I ordered I couldn't even choose expedited shipping, ground only. 

Got a couple of daiwa bg2500 reels for 75 bucks or something from sportsman’s outfitters. Not sure what they have left but seemed like a good price for a well reviewed reel.

They have the Daiwa Revros LT2500-XH for $29.99. I bought two of them. I like that particular LT reel for a couple of reasons:

1) It has a 6.2:1 gear ratio

2) One of the few LT reels that doesn't have the "D" (deep) spool. While it's not the "S" (shallow) spool, I don't need way over 200 yards of 6lb line (or a bunch of filler) on my spinning setup.

3) The LT spools are interchangeable with the spool on my LT Legalis, and may other LT reels, so if I want to use a deep spool, I can swap spools.
