Yes, just don't place the order. I've been applying the code to other items to see if certain products are applicable before deciding on what to get. For example, I found out that Navionics+ for my fishfinder is excluded from this promo.

Sweet.  I have to decide between SV103, Chronarch MGL, and Tatula SV TWS.  Any opinion? It would be used for T-Rigs, Jigs, and other bottom lures.  30# braid with mono/fluoro leader.

Those are 2 reels I were considering as well. Don't have much experience with Shimano, but I love my Tatula CT and CT Type-R, which is my jig reel currently.

I am the opposite. I have used my friends Ci4 but never used a shimano.  But the Tatula SV TW is quite a bit cheaper.

It'll depend on what ratio and retrieve (left vs right) you're looking for, but the MGL is only $30 more than the Tat SV, in options I wanted.

I think I am going to go with the Tat SV since I can't find a cheap right hand MGL.

The two reel lines aren't apples to apples.  The Curado would be more inline.  Let me know about that Tatula SV on how you like it.

How would the reels mentioned above compare to the tail and zillion lines by Daiwa (ones without sv)?

Academy has h20 express hardbaits at 25% off and Zoom soft plastics are a $1 off per bag in my local store right now. 

Is it bad that this thread is keeping me from placing an order due to FOMO?

 

I want a new crankbait rod - DSG flash sale has the Veritas 2.0 7' winch on the flash sale for $58 ($99 retail.) + $10 s/h.  Sucks that they don't do a ship-to-store & my local store is out of stock. But - they will still charge me local sales tax, since I have a local store.  Somehow that rubs me the wrong way. 

 

I've got a $10 coupon they emailed me after my last order which offsets the shipping.  $64 w/ TTL.  And I just can't press "buy" just yet. 

 

Oh what a terrible problem to have, I suppose.

They only have Gizzard Shad color left in the JR version at 2:30 pm EST.  

 

I normally can't bring myself to spend more than $10 on a bait, but for $10/each I took the swimbait plunge.

 

They are also selling the regular 2.5 oz Gantarel's for $20 each if you buy 2 or more.  Gizzard Shad and Dying Golden Shiner colors only.

The normal Ganterel is 20 when you buy two or more as well....I might have to. I've been debating getting one for a while, and getting two for the price of one....might as well. Golden Carp was one of the colors I was considering too.
