Brady set records but the commercials set an all time record for sucking. LOL 

Only one funny commercial. 

Imo, the only mildly funny commercial was the skittles one. The commercial where the kid was throwing skittles at a girls open window and the family lined up to eat them.  And even that one was kind of lame.

I am still scratching my head over the 86Lumber commercial. Damned if I am going to visit the site to see the conclusion.

I saw the rest of the video, yes, you would be angry if you voted for The Wall. 

 

it made sense but I can see how many would not like it. 

Skittle and Melissa McCarthy's commercial were the best. No Budweiser, Doritos or any of the classic commercials this year. 

I watched for the commercials...just lucky that it was a good game...otherwise would have really been a waste of an evening

probably the worst bunch of SB commercials that I can remember.....skittles was ok...but not SB caliber....the Humane Society one was entertaining, but that wasn't even during the game....some of the obvious big-ticket commercials were total snoozefest

worst I ever seen .wont even waist my time on 84 lumber one. super bowl is supposed to be fun. and we have grown to expect that out of there commercials. and fact is if they are we remember who put them out.thought that was there goal. then maybe the networks  are getting to gready on price. was a great game tho. congrats to both teams.

Only commercial I liked was the one from Ford. Too many politics.

The one where everyone was stuck.That little kid stuck in his big wheel had me laughing pretty good.Then again for 3 quarters i wasnt laughing at much.The skittles one was good too.

The day of the Superbowl is 'always' the perfect day to go fishing.

Ha.I went fishing and came home at dark.Missed most of the first Qtr.C leaned fish at halftime.?

Superbowl commercials?  Toilet bowl commercials is more like it.

Since we can't discuss politics on the Forum we are at a big disadvantage due to the politics in the commercials.

 

The Audi commercial was excellent. However, it was bought out today that Audi does not have any women on their international board and only two females on their USA board. So they shot themselves in their foot.

 

Other than for the Skittles commercial I really don't remember them or care to remember them.

 

A number of my friends will no longer drink Budweiser products and like stated above, they will avoid 84 Lumber.

 

Maybe we will have better ones next year.

 

P.S.  I really enjoyed the game.

 

 

All of the political commercials were lame.  They were so "politically correct" (aka "politically wrong") that it ruined the whole commercial.  

I didn't mind any of the commercials...political

or otherwise....

 

But definitely one of the lamest group of ads in

recent SB memory as far as I'm concerned.

I did not even know the Superbowl was on Sunday until yesterday. Spent Saturday and Sunday fishing, so I did not have much time to sit down and watch t.v.

Every once in a while I hear of people just watching the super bowl "for the commercials."  Well this time I hope you learned your lesson.  Watch it for game for cryin' out loud.

For five MILLION bucks a pop for commercial time you would have thought they would have been awesome. Just goes to show you that you DON'T always get what you pay for.

I'm ashamed to say that I kinda liked Lady Gaga,even though I had no clue what she was singing about.

There have been years when the ads were better than the game.

 

Thankfully, that was not the case this year.

I have no intention of buying any item or service featured during the Super Bowl.  That was money well spent. 

I'm old and routinely living in the past....I keep thinking...just maybe....there'll be something to rival Terry Tate...or Mean Joe Greene....or even the Bud frogs....I'd even settle for a horse kicking a field goal...but, really...psychedelic avocados and recycled google home ads?   miserable

I read a lot about the 84 lumber commercial. I think it's being miss interperted. Who knows. I'm so burnt out on political stuff. It seems like everywhere I go that's the only thing people want to talk about. 

@Sam I'm curious why a number of.your friends will not be drinking Budweiser products anymore
