Hahahah. I’ve had that happen on Christmas with a skiier behind wearing a Santa hat. Last night there were three jet skis around where I was fishing but one of them was my buddy that fishes off his ski

Took a much needed day off. The kid and I head the water around 6:30 in the am. Nothing to write home about as far as fish go, a few dinks, but it was nice to hit the water first thing.

Hit the big number 11 today! Got a new tube to try out tomorrow behind the boat ( after we fish for a few hours first, of course).

To be fair, top water has been almost non-existent.

 

Testing out his new birthday present this afternoon. Needless to say it was a hit, pretty much had a smile from ear to ear the entire time we were out. 

Mrs. 12poundbass got herself a new buggy. She’s been wanting an SUV for a while now, she just never cared for the car. She sold the car a couple weeks ago and just happened to ask my stepmom about her SUV and two weeks after the initial inquiry we bought my stepmom’s SUV. This is a better fit for the wife’s dog grooming gig anyways. 
 

 

The wife and I made it to the beach last Tuesday for a day without chaos.  Hay Stack Rock is a fun destination.
