Good point although we went 11 years in the 90s so we know how to lose consistently too.

I'm not expecting a whole lot in the W column, but I'm watching this year's Ga Tech team with the most excitement I've had in a LONG time...

 

Well, it wasn’t pretty but... We get a W.

 

That was brutal! Almost 4 hours of BAD football. The Miami O-Line is AWFUL!!!!! If Florida finishes in the top 25 it will be a good year for them. They aren't even close to a top 10 team.

Any time we beat Miami it’s a good night, regardless of all the mistakes. Mullen now knows what they need to work on , that’s for sure. 

I was very upset when Feleipe Franks decommitted from LSU and went to Florida.

 

After last night's performance, I am glad he did what he did and now LSU has Joe Burrows who is a much better quarterback along with Myles Brennan (family owns Brennan's restaurant in the French Quarter) who can really sling that ball.

 

Things happen for a reason and I guess having Franks go to Florida worked out fine for LSU.

 

Both teams look brilliant on a few plays and like middle school kids on other plays.  Both teams should enjoy good seasons and go to a bowl game but both have a lot to work out, especially the mental mistakes.

 

OK ladies and gentlemen! College football will be on the tube every weekend from now to the end of the year so get ready for some football!!!!! 

I was one of many Gator fans that didn’t like Franks at first. Other than the stupid interception in a the 4th Qtr , and the fumble during the exchange with the running back, he played fairly well last night. He actually had decent passing numbers and ran for a a TD, and threw 2.

He is actually the best statiscally since Tebow , although that ain’t saying much compared to the competition.

That would have to rank as one of the worst played games I’ve ever seen. There was a game last year we played ( against another SEC team in the east )that was probably the worst game played by another team against the gators I ever remember seeing.

We may not be championship material yet but I don’t think one game defines a whole season. And we did win ya know!?

Well now Im going to the first game but not the BYU game . Hopefully going to the Mississippi State game mid October
