Why "when all else fails"?  Just skip the failures and go straight to Delaware Valley Tackle. :)

In case he can't find someone local. ;)

Just a quick Google search turned up this one that's local.

https://alandbobssports.com/fishing-services/

Near the intersection of 131 and 6 on the south-end of the city.

I'm sure there's more in the area.

Agreed ~ Guess the only question is - is Mike @Delaware Valley Tacklecurrently accepting new work ?

Doesn't appear like he is.

The below passage came off his FB page dated 20 October

"I’m temporarily suspending receipt of reels for service from November 1 to December 31. I’m expanding shop hours effective January 1 2020 which will significantly improve turnaround. Thank you for your patronage, patience and support. We’re looking forward to an exciting New Year.

Mike"

I guess I’ll just have to wait until January .... It’ll be worth the wait. ?

If you have a trip or something I’ll wedge you in. I just want to go into the new year with a clean slate and be sure to live up to expectations. Thank you all for your support!!!

@Delaware Valley Tackle

Great to hear Mike ~

I'll be waiting patiently for you to stand up the new shop.

The 'Mexico arsenal' is due for is annual service - certainly no hurry though.

Have a Safe Holiday

Tackle trap has always done an excellent job for me.  After reading this thread I might have to give DVT an opportunity also.

Dan Isaac at ReelEx is a certified Shimano tech, $7 shipping outside of California.

If Mike is booked up give Dan call.
