Any updates?

6 minutes ago Brent Chapman and his wife aired a live stream and said they spent the day with him and he has NOT passed away. They just left his home an hour ago. They said the information on social media is FALSE and that social media is crazy.

I just got off the phone with a close friend of Aaron’s and hadn’t passed away....false information on the internet.

So sorry I added to this rumor?

Wow

Hopefully this is a sign that Aaron will beat the odds ??. Just when you think he’s gone, Aaron says “No, not yet!!”

Aaron has NOT passed away!

I am friends with Aaron and his family, and can attest Aaron is still with us.

Whomever started the false rumor on social media should be fired! They did it just to capitalize on Aaron's condition and get clicks. Just unbelievable.

I REFUSE to make a buck off Aaron's condition, and anyone that tries is lower than dirt!  Have some respect people!

I had seen a few places that Aaron had passed earlier but nothing looked too legitimate, glad it's just clickbait.

Keep up the fight Aaron! Lots of us praying for your recovery!

Thoughts and prayers for one of the best natural anglers ever and his family and friends.

I love me some B-Lat. He's a fellow S Carolinian and all around good person in his own respect. I'd really love to fish with him sometime. I'd meet him anywhere and pay for all the gas.

I lost my wife to this terrible cancer (GBM) in 2001. 20 years later and no closer to a cure. I am heartsick for he and his family.

His wife(?) just posted on Facebook that he passed today.  Rest easy A-Mart..

Glenn, can you confirm?

My son just texted me that he passed. RIP

RIP Aaron Martins, thanks for the memories. Scope out the great tackle shops and fishin' holes in Heaven for the rest of us.

Too young!  Praying for peace for his family!
