Got a yellow lap puppy January 9th...he's been getting up 2-3 times a night to pee. Will be nice when I can get a full night's sleep again : )

My yellow lab can't go an entire 8 hour night without it.  I let her out every night before I go to sleep and she still has to go before 6am every freaking night.

Strange thing is this...my wife brought home a Shiba puppy about two weeks before my Lab came home...her dog has been sleeping through the night for a long, long time...

In his kennel at 9:30 PM...not a word...let him out of the kennel at 7 AM, and he will pee for a long, long time...never needs out during the night.

Lab is out every 2-3 hours...and whines a lot when in his kennel. He's a "talker" for sure...

Try to hit the bed by 12 -1am on fishing days up at 3:30 - 4am. I'll have a short lunch break 3 - 5 minutes and will lay on the deck of my boat and get 9 - 14 seconds of a nap. Home by 5 - 7pm where I'll fall into a PFC(Post Fishing Coma) after eating and will/can sleep for 12 - 14 hours or until my wife get tired of dealing with my Dachshunds thimble sized bladder and slaps me awake.

I work doing live events/tradeshows, my working-day schedule is all over the map. Sometimes it’s a couple months of a regular 9-to-5 thing, sometimes it’s a week of overnights, sometimes it’s just straight up 75 hour hell week.  This bleeds over into my days off, most nights if I am doing anything remotely mentally stimulating, I have to actively decide to go to bed.  As a rule I generally try to go to bed between midnight and 1 AM and get up between 7:30 and 8:30 AM but it’s always a very moving target.

non fishing days lights out at 11:pm-1am.

Days i get back from fishing i dont get to bed untill 2am-3am because i dont get home from fishing till 12 midnite.

I am retired and even going to bed at 3am i still automatically get up at 6am.

I wake up daily between 4 and 5am whether I need to or not. If I haven't dozed off on the couch after dinner, I head upstairs between 10-10:30. My busted up shoulder causes me, at the least, discomfort, and at the worst, pain, 24hours a day. To keep me from waking up in the middle of the night from pain and not being able to fall back asleep, delta 8 thc gummies. Extracted from hemp and has the relaxing effects of pot without the psychoactive effects.

I suffered with Spinal Stenosis for years.  This is a common condition that causes severe nerve pain.  My doctor prescribed Gabapentin.  I take the minimum dose at bedtime and it helpes me greatly.  It also helps me to sleep.  Last year I underwent back surgery to fix this issue and am now much better.  Everyone is different, but you might want to ask your doctor about taking Gabapentin at night.

And it is often prescribed "off label" for restless leg syndrome. I take it for that, and it really helps.

I get up at 4am to go to work.  Off at 2:30 pm, and back home by 3.  I'm usually in bed by 10 pm, but sometime I'll be napping around 7:30 or 8 pm.

Week nights we’re in bed by 9-9:30. The wife can fall asleep mid sentence. I envy people who can fall asleep quick. I’ll usually watch a bit of tv trying to unwind, but I’ll be out by 10-10:30. Saturday night I’m out by midnight at the latest. Heck last night I was out by 10. I’m a party pooper. ?

I’ve completely changed since I was a teen. Back then, it was late to bed late to rise. Now it’s the exact opposite. Not sure how wise Ive become though!

Sunday to friday, I usually am in bed by 10-11, and up between 5:30- 6. I get up usually once a night to pee.

My wife has some health issues that makes her get up off and on throughout the night- and she wakes me up nearly every time. At least it’s no worse than her snoring? .

On friday night I go to bed at 7:30, and get up at 10:30 to be at my all night security job by midnight. I come home at 8 a.m , go to bed at 9 , and wake up around 11.30. Usually am back in bed by 9 on saturday night…

My wife says that I fall asleep in under a minute after my feet leave the floor. Lol

I'm very consistent, bed by 10 and up at 6.
