If you can, buy the best you can afford even if that means buying a smaller spool of better line. 
 

Flouro is probably the one thing that quality over price and quantity should be considered most.

I need that for specific application for saltwater. I am using only and only Tatsu and InvizX for bass fishing and I have 1000 yards spool of them

is it cheapest in 15lb? so it will be cheapest in any line test. for me 15lb and up I am looking for.

Six spools of 15# BasiX would run 59.94 and give you 1050yds.

I know it's California, and reality is different there, what with the elevated gravity and everything,  but what are we trying to do with cheap fluoro in salt water? The only legitimate reason for (some) uses is as a leader, and that's not where you want to skimp. Unlike LMB fishing, in some cases there are some visibility/line shy fish applications, but not many.

I don't know if it's the cheapest fluoro out there, but it's the lowest price fluoro I would use.  20# is $80.  Anything else is usually leader material, not reel fill.  It would be less expensive to fill with braid and use a fluoro leader.

Probably Yo-Zuri Top Knot.  It's the cheapest I've found.  It's okay stuff.  It's a bit stiff and is bad about memory, but I've used worse.  I mainly use it for leaders (the mainline version).  It doesn't like to be stretched though.  So if you get snagged, be sure to check it for knicks, as you might find it breaking off on the next big fish you hook if you don't. 

 

I can't recommend it for mainline, as I think you'd have to replace it too often due to its memory and stiffness, and it would be cheaper in the long run to use a higher quality brand.  But for leaders, it works pretty well.  

Red label is $47 at sportsman's outfitters.com for 15 lb test at 1000 yards. It's decent line for the money if you like flourocarbon.

I woulda just said go to Amazon.com, search for fluorocarbon and sort by price from lowest to highest. But, this whole venture smells fishy to me.

Might look into Vicious Fluoro. I've heard good things about it.   Decent reviews (82) mostly favorable on TW.  I've tried it. Stiff line but strong and abrasion resistant. Diameter is much higher then Seaguar Tatsu or Diawa Samurai. Vicious cast on TW is 15# @ 800 yrds 46.99.

Now that you have your answer, what's the application?  I'm curious what you're doing that requires fluoro.  Surf fishing would use 15 lb and long lengths, but fluoro is the worst choice of the three.  Bottom bouncing would take long lengths and 15 lb would be a lighter setup, but if you're bottom bouncing in 250' where long lengths of line make sense then braid and leader is the better choice.  Flatline trolling?

Seaguar 100% BasIX 15# FC is $10/200 yd spool.

Probably some ali stuff.  Like Jack Fish or whatever else is on there.  It's big game cheap.  Always have to be suspicious that it's not just fluorocarbon coated or even a nylon and "fluorocarbon" is not just the name.  I roll the dice on stuff from that site all the time but line is one thing I stick to local store for.  Maybe I am missing out.  The whole world seems to buy their line there.

I have been using some 10lb from Runcl I found on Amazon for my jerkbait setup. It claims to be 100% FC coated. Not sure if that's a good thing or not but it works. It sinks, it's invisible,  and holds up well. I have caught several good sized sauger and it has held up well to these toothy critters. You can get a 1000 yard spool for $30+ depending on the lb test you want. Just remember, it's not Tatsu or Invizx. It's more like Fluoroclear but way better.

The cheapest is going to be Berkley Vanish at around $95 for 2000 yards. I wouldn't recommend it though. If you are looking to buy cheap, disposable fluorocarbon, I would probably try Vicious line which is cheap and I've generally heard good things. Seaguar's Red Label is a safe bet, and the new Basix might be acceptable as well.

Comes a point where cheap just sucks. I'm surprised they even make that garbage any more.

I still don't hesitate to recommend YZH.  It is co-poly but acts a lot like fluoro....and still pretty cheap

If you're looking for something to use outside of fishing. Vanish is very close to straight 100% PVDF, also known as Kynar. Pure Kynar is very stiff, even at thin diameters. I used it at work due to its ability to withstand acids during an electropolishing process.

 

I talked with vendors and was able to determine that Vanish is approximately 99% PVDF with a very limited amount of additives to make it at least manageable for fishing. I don't believe anybody uses "100% Flourocarbon" because it wouldn't cast well. It worked great for what we needed and was cheap. As far as I know,... We still use it use it today on those manufacturing lines.
