There's this whoopee cushion that's been sitting on my living room floor for the last week or so. I've passed it, with so many opportunities to move it. Always in the back of my mind. Until tonight, when I left to go to the grocery store. Walking through my living room in the dark, my foot found that fart bag and I scared the heck out of myself. I am a cartoon

on a slightly more serious note I've been down and out lately with some joint and overall health issues. I'm feeling a little better and the fishing is getting a little better. So I should have some fish for y'all soon

remarkable similarities between backlashing a reel in the wind and also peeing into the wind

Just heard this blurb on the radio, not mine, but definitely belongs in this thread, "cranberry juice tastes like it doesn't want to be wet"

not mine either but you ever think about how old the water we fish and swim in is...

there's this big flathead that's been dead on the bank near where i fish. i got to talking to some park rangers that were surveying storm damage at the park, they were showing me the 62lb flathead caught in a tournament last week. I said "hey let me introduce you to my buddy, flats"

Fishing when it was 42° in January was a lot warmer than fishing in 43° in March.

I couldn’t get three dogs and a kid to pose for a Christmas picture. You got a dog, a kid, and 17 iguanas to pretend to sunbathe. That is skill my man!

sand bass are a conspiracy between big corn meal and big band aid to sell more corn meal and more band aids. sandy shaved my thumb! the neosporin lobby wants you to hear this

There is a way to grab a sand bass that completely immobilizes them, I was teaching Bobby how to do it last night when we were catching them and his mind was blown. I think I should have told him 6-8 yrs ago haha. I catch hundreds of them every year and I haven’t purchased bandaids in decades. Close their gill flaps and they won’t move a muscle

My ex girlfriend didn’t like catching them, she called them “spikey fish”

I think the Neosporin industry is in cahoots with big band-aid!

I am stuck on Band-aid brand cuz Band-aids stick on me.

This is how I usually grab them, the one that got me did it as I was tossing it back. The scales on the gill plate can be a little sharp too. But that is the best way 100%
