Ya know, ice is really just frozen water.

Sometimes, ice is a dish that is best served...cold

ice water is just a marketing ploy by big ice to sell more ice

when i came here to make a post, it said my previous content was restored to the editor. but there was nothing in the text box. I wonder how much storage is taken up on electronic devices by drafts of nothing. files of nothing.

i don't even remember what i was gonna post, something about teaching a deer how to vape and trade bitcoins or something

The edibles seem to have started working a little early this morning.

I guess I'm a real sound guy now - red bull smashed one of my wireless transmitters on a stunt course yesterday 😂😭

I introduce to you Energizer's new ĀĀ! Size battery. Flattened for your fear and convenience.

So usually I drop stuff in here whenever I think it doesn’t belong in an actual thread but I just have to share something with the world. Occasionally it’s pretty strange stuff but I appreciate the outlet. Here’s my next entry

You know how people talk about enjoying rigging because it builds the anticipation of a fishing trip? I don’t. I don’t like it at all. Every minute I spend rigging, I’m thinking that it's time I could already be fishing. Unfortunately I’m so particular about my line and knots that I re-tie every knot and leader on my setups before a new fishing trip, unless the setup was barely used. I’m over rigging. I wish I didn’t have to do it.

I also hate rigging. I do not retie nearly enough. I like to live life on the edge.

Also- I feel the same was about using electronics. Feels like time I should be casting/fishing rather than staring at a screen. And I feel that way about work... :)

None of the pre-retirement seminars or websites mentioned that going on 'vacation' is now more like work than it ever was.

Can soap get dirty?  If so, what do you clean it with?

It is an absolute crime that I have to clean soap off the shower. That should just always be clean. But physics hates us and mocks us in clever and inventive ways

Since there is no member status section, I figured I’d drop a note. Due to recent life developments, I am packing up my fishing stuff. I don’t anticipate to wet a line for a good bit. Nothing is wrong. Look for about 2026.

Is it a bad sign that the car that pulled out in front of me hit a skunk, making it spray my car, on the way to the lake just now
