I LOVE jerky but is is kinda pricey and was lookin into making my own. I dont have a dehydrater but i saw this video: (skip to 5:00 minutes) Do you need to cook it or anything in order to eat it? Im just worried about bacteria and what not. Or would I be better off buying a dehydrator. If so, could anybody point in the direction of a good one?
