Right definition for the wrong noun! In my little pea brain it's a washout. An area where the ground is softest & has eroded away over time (washed out). It's has been called guts, cuts, drains, ditches, washouts, pretty much whatever ya want. If you get enough people to repeat it, it becomes the definition.

The 2/0 gives you a bigger "bite" for better penetration. The long shank of the Neko hook helps with hook removal.

This is the reason I throw Strike King's Hack Attack Fluorocarbon Flipping Jig. The hook is somewhere between a standard hook & a punch hook. I do the same with my worm hooks. Y'all know me, I'm throwing 15# Big Game.

North of Pendleton bridge warns faster because it's overall shallower. Those creeks are on the Texas side across from San Patericio on the Louisiana side. Everyone goes gaga for Blue lake & the 1215 area ignoring the Texas side.

Yeah that's the reasons I bash Fluorocarbon ? The only thing I dislike about Fluorocarbon is it's coils worst than the old Dupont Stren.
