  1. Yes sir ? If anything I would lean towards contrasting colors. Black-n-Blue, Red Shad, Tequila Sunrise, Okeechobee Craw.
  2. Last year at the Elite event on the Sabine River 42,448 fans showed up. Y'all think they came to see those puny bass weighed in? How much money y'all think the sponsors made? How much word of mouth advertising did those sponsors get? Just because the anglers aren't allowed to use foward facing sonar doesn't mean the big 3 won't be there. Point is for this event to be successful ya gotta get the fans out.

  9. I look at ALL structure from dirt shallow to the bottom of any creek or river bottom. Some of my most productive "spots" non-descript areas with little bottom contour changes. One of the bass Todd tracked with radio telemetry & foward facing sonar was an 8# bass that was related to a none discript flat on a single stump nowhere near depth change. Bass do what they want to do, when they want to do it, where they want to do it.
  10. I have 5 setups with lures tied on & ready to roll. Now I fish 3-4 times a week so I'm constantly checking knots & line.

    One down...one to go!
  12. No fish do ? Many angles myself included believe there is a portion of the population that stays within a certain distance from the shoreline. There's also a portion of the population that never see a shoreline their entire life. And there's a portion of the population that moves between the two. Recent radio telemetry studies support this. What has not been determined is at size body of water does this not hold true.
  13. Ok! Daily limit on Toledo Bend is 14" minimum & 8 total keepers. That's my goal ? Everywhere else 4-5 any size.
