  6. X2...Spinnerbaits, Buzzbaits and Jigs get very expensive to toss in a landfill.
  7. They look great, Red. I agree with Marc David, the on in the water looks awesome. Good luck with them.
  8. Great advice right there! The few guys I know who own HVAC cos would tell you that they strive for 70% service and 30% construction business. The service end of their business is in commercial service contracts. If you want to get into the service end of it and the company does service commercial buildings, then be prepared for the 2:00 am service call. Why not enroll in college and major in mechanical engineering and see if you can hook up with an HVAC contractor between semesters? You'll find out if it's something you really want to get into as far as working in the field or, upon completion of your degree you can go into an engineering firm or become a PM for a large mechanical contractor. You would at least have more options by going to college. JMHO Edit: Or if the HVAC trade doesn't work out, you can design fishing reels with your degree.
  9. I'm 44 years old and thought I didn't need all that math either. I will have to tell you, I use some type of algebra or trigonometry on an everyday basis (sin, cos, tan). To be honest, I got a project I had to estimate (7 bridges) that was ALL in metric and I had to convert back into Imperial. I'm glad I paid attention to my math instructor in HIGHSCHOOL! So stay with it, you never know when you'll need i it!
  10. WOW! That made a slow start worthwhile...Congrats on your PB!
  11. Sounds like you had a nice day. I'm jealous, I haven't caught a smallie in years, but remember the fight fight very well. Congrats on your day,

  16. That's funny. I used to do the same thing. I can't tell you how many times I had to change clothing before going back to work. I have a feeling that some extra articles of clothing will be stashed in your car for the future...
  17. Your persistence paid off and you only lost one jig. Not all bad. Losing lures is part of the game.
  18. I haven't had a day on the water like that since last spring. You must have had a lot of fun. Nice pic.
  19. WTG! I agree, that bass is pushing the 4 lb mark. I had the same kind of luck this year. You say to yourself 'what the heck, one more cast before I move' and then BANG! Fish on. I caught my first and third PB of the season on the what the heck last cast...Gotta love it tho, huh? Congrats on the nice fish.
  20. WOW! All in one post...I would have thought 4 separate posts from you. Sorry, I couldn't resist.
  21. Very Nice....That top one would be deadly here.
  22. They look great. Keep up the good work.
  23. When this came up several years ago, one of the two choices dominated. Really? I'm very surprised. This topic was a good idea.
  24. Talking to yourself is one thing. You've gone over the edge when you start answering yourself... That works for me.
  25. I have a feeling that someone in my household would spend it for me. :-X
