I fished the nrx894 for a couple years. Its a super sensitive rod but its poorly built and tip heavy. Im particular about that though. I do have an xtasy 755. Only have a few trips with it. Would choose it everytime over the 894.

I did unfortunately draft juju in a few too many leagues and big Ben going down pretty much sunk those. Ive got a bye locked up in 2, playoffs locked up in 2 and need to win to get in and somebody lose in 2. Others im sunk.

The reason I ask is I’m in 14 team league and not everybody has played everybody the same amount of times and seeding was based on matchup’s and someone is throwing a hairy conniption so points seating seems to be the fairest......I need to cut down on the amount of leagues im in....9 is taxing.

Wera Phillips 00 fits that particular head perfectly. I've been using the wera precision set for years now. For as many reels I have to work on, the 25$ for the set was beyond worth it.

It's fine. There's some older NRX out there that don't have the specs listed on them. It's not very common anymore but there were a few years ago. It's probably been on their showroom for a long time. Your rod isn't a loomis "demo" rod. It's a rod they used in their store for tank tests. Same thing as a rep sample.The hook up tackle are super awesome guys. zero percent chance they sold you a "fake" NRX. If you want one /w the markings on it, just call them and exchange it.

There's a list of exclusions posted when the sale starts. Of those on the list, only a few are actually excluded and it for the most part varies year to year. Last year, MinnKota, humminbird(most not all) and most (not all) megabass were excluded. when you checkout, the 20% won't be deducted for the excluded items most of the time. When you receive the confirmation email of the order, the 20% will be reflected in your total. There is no guarantee on what items are actually not excluded. You need to call them and they will answer your question and tell you how it works.

I've used weather underground (now called Wunderground) for years. If you look up a city, there's a history tab and you can set dates within that and it gives all of the hourly wind, temp, pressure, etc. The only thing I dislike about weather underground is the interface changes a lot. This information was pertaining to the desktop page. I don't use their app. Prefer Weather Mate.

It's exactly what they did.

Put the dial all the way to max. Remove side plate Remove bearing retainer, bearing, and shims. Unscrew the Phillips head and remove the mag brake assembly. Remove the clip that holds the dial flush /w the side plate. Add extra shim to brake dial stem. Reassemble in reverse. This will tighten the brake dial and make it more difficult to move back and forth.

The long cast is comparable to the HLC reels of the past. It doesn’t behave like any SV spools.

There is a max of 2 QB on your team. If you weren't dropping lamar or jacoby, then you could not pickup Kirk. ESPN took away the option to make Sunday a rolling waiver period where you could add/drop prior to the games. On Thursday night prior to the game, Sunday prior to the game , and Monday prior to the game, you can PM me what player you need to add/drop and the BID amount you want to bid on a player. These bids must be in 30 min prior to when the game starts for the player you want to add . I will not add/drop a player for you days in advance. A player MUST be on your bench if you want to drop him. This is basically just used for emergencies, late day inactives that came out of nowhere, of you need a player for that day.For example if you wake up Sunday morning, waivers ran , and you missed out, this is the time you would PM me for what you want to do. Same goes for Monday night and thursday night. Keep in mind, these bids are still blind. I'll let you know if won/lost when the waiver period ends. Using this system will be rare (or at least it should be) but it's here for emergencies. To clear up how waivers do work: They run every day except Tuesday . Correct. ESPN won’t let me turn off FAAB for rolling waivers on Sunday. As soon as a person became a free agent you could in years past just pick them write up that same second and now you can’t. Il going to write up something later today and tag everybody on how its exactly going to work .

So waivers work like this: you started with a $100 budget and there is a minimum bid of one dollar per transaction. The only time waiver priority comes into play is if team a and team b bid the same amount. When you could, you are bidding to win that player. All you need to do is outbid someone and you get that player. Unless of course there is a tie in the person with waiver priority gets that player. waivers run every morning except Tuesday. The soonest a player is available to be picked up is listed next to the clean button.So if you need a player Thursday night, you need to put in a bid Wednesday night or before 3 AM on Thursday if you want to get technical. The same goes for the Sunday games. If you need somebody on Sunday then you need to put in a claim on a player Saturday. Here’s where ESPN screwed up this year… In years past they were two different types of faab options. Now there is only one. Are used to be able to just turn the bidding off And you could add drop as you please all Sunday morning before the games and the same goes for Monday. I will adjust your roster and deduct it from your budget as long is you are the high bidder for a person. There’s no reason to not have open waivers on Sunday morning. I will do the same for Thursday’s game and Monday’s game as long as that person is playing that day. Also , The player that you want to drop must be on your bench. All bids are due 15 minutes prior to kick off of the players game you are trying to add. If you did not get the player and someone outbid you, I will let you know after the claim is over.
