That should not be an issue if you have proof they were in warranty.i would ask to speak with someone else higher up.As far as I know Lew's warranty department is second to none so I can't imagine they would not fix this.

They can't sell parts because of global shortages !!! So if it's under warranty why would you do anything other than send it in ? Global shortages are hurting all industries. Look at how many cargo ships are stuck on the ocean for various reasons. Do you really think they would hog the parts if they had enough to sell ?

I don't see where it says they would sell them to you if it was warranty. It says they cannot because it's not warranty. That would imply a severe shortage of parts like everything else in this world.i would call them and actually speak to them and find out what's up.

Only LFS body reels have the speed keeper. The custom lite is a SLP body reel. It would be nice in an 8.3 and 6.8

Braid does not get damaged by backlashes.
